So easy to use! But what's even better is their customer service! They use text to communicate. So remarkable! No hold time, no disinterested idiot that doesn't listen, and could care less! You are dealing w a knowledgeable friendly professional. They are quick to respond, and very accommodating! Seriously! Fabulous! And to top it all off...they DELIVER!!! Try them! This pharmacy is a game changer. Its app allows you to schedule deliveries of refills, choose payment methods and update insurance info, and request refills. Pharmacy itself is staffed with very friendly, professional people, and there's never a line to drop off or pick up (if you don't want home delivery!) your meds. Great app, fantastic pharmacy!
This app used to be pretty good, but it looks like they just redesigned it to be completely unusable. It's now extremely cluttered and features which used to be there, like specifying delivery date and time, are now missing.
Unusable. When you register for the app they send you an email with the registration code, but you have to exit the app to open the email, which gets rid of the registration window. when you open the app again there is no way to bring back the registration window and it wont accecpt your sign in and password until you enter the registration code. So i deleted the app.
I don't often review apps, but this pharmacy service has just been so good. I have used them for a year now, and I have not had a single negative experience. I especially appreciate that the delivery drivers are smart and friendly.

Not good. Need to scroll for about an hour to enter your dob and then went to click support they have non. Seems like scam

Crashes with every use
App wants you to take pictures of your current prescription an insurance card, but it does not allow the camera to focus. Just installed the app and it crashed twice will trying to add a prescription and personal info.
Goodbye CVS. Goodbye Walgreens. Never again. Usually online prescriptions only work for refills; not so here. I snapped a picture of my paper prescription and same day, Ricky showed up with my meds. No lines, no waiting, no fuss. The PRICE is at par or LOWER than the big box stores. They take my insurance. Plus free delivery with no tip accepted (I tried to tip Ricky and he refused)! They can also deliver non-prescription pharmacy-type items. Just call or email to inquire. Fast and friendly people ready and anxious to help. Can't say enough good. Thank you for an AWESOME experience! I'll be back and I'll be bringing my friends/family too.
Can't live without it
I've tried NimbleRX and NowRX. Neither one has a great app experience, but Now's is significantly more stable. NowRX also has much better customer service than I experienced with NimbleRX. Either way, both are WAY better than standing in line forever at Walgreens!
They trespassed on my property to stick their ad to my door. I would not trust a company that treats laws so laxly with something as important as medication. Avoid them at all costs. "Disruption" is no excuse to put stuff in my door or otherwise trespass. I don't give a rat's a** about your app. F*** off!
Usually the app is great! Every once in a while the app won't open. The app hasn't been able to open on my phone for a few weeks... probably needs a programming update.
