Nozbe: to-do, tasks & projects

Great job Nozbe, this is the most all round GTD app I've come across, and boy did I search! One suggestion though, regarding Recurrent tasks it would be great if you added an 'end date' feature. Eg If I want to study each day during the semester, I would want that to stop during the holidays. At the moment it seems there's no way to do that (yet 😉 ). I plan to upgrade to the Solo plan in a bit. Cheers!

I have tried using many apps, but find this the most versatile. My only concern is visualization - at least in the form of Gantt Charts - is there a way to convert the data from this program into Gantt Charts or integrate it with another Gantt Chart product?? I actually pitched the idea of visualizing company processes, files timesheets as a platform over 5 years ago and the value of it. I didn't have time as due to my pale skin in SA, I wasn't able to receive funding from Witwatersrand. Anyhow... I find Evernote and Nozbe a good combination, but it needs the functionality of visualisation.

This is the best free personal to-do app I've tried, closely tied with Trello. The price is a bit steep for the Pro edition, and at a first glance 5 projects looks like a severe limit, but that is also the only limit. Task categories, comments, checklists, and integrations are not restricted, and unless you are really busy, these provide enough fine-grained control and enough sharing capability (via GCal) for long-term personal use. The UI is very nice, quick and consistent across all platforms.

This app certainly needs more attention in PlayStore! Best Todo list ever. Perfect integration with Google calendar, very customizable and flexible in organizing tasks. When paid, able to collaborate with others. Best app to implement GTD. Only, please add sound effects when user checks his tasks (Still waiting for this). 😊

Haven't used the app in years and automatically got charged $96, there is no contact info on the page except a chat window. There should definatly be a notification you have to have approve the yearly payment if you like to continue using the app.

It is very useful app thanks. Only two suggestion . one: it would be great if you add some features for changing the whole project data implementation and two, is it possible to show the project progress by percentage or chart?

This is the most useful app on my phone. Nozbe is the absolute best tool for implementing the GTD system I have ever seen. I have been using it for about 18 months and it has been indispensable in letting me gain control over all that I have to do, both business and personal. I highly recommend Nozbe if you are ready to start getting things done!

Very handy and useful. The only inconvenience is if you have many tasks in a given project and need to sort them by dragging. I am also not sure if this option is available for mobile app

I've been using this app and becoming accustomed with everything about it hoping to replace Todoist. However I've noticed over the past week that Todoist uses much, much less system resources. Even though my devices have 8-12GB of RAM I watch which apps use what and Nozbe is using 100mb per hour compared to the 4mb of Todoist.

Complex in the beginning, but the most powerful task management tool I've found and I looked at many. Highlights calendar integration, email to tasks, collaboration.

Completely broken. I paid for Duo so I could access the multiple projects from wife's account and to accept the multiple invites she emailed me. Turns out I cannot access anything. My account is isolated and useless without being able to access her account. Pathetic app. Waste of money. No value whatsoever.

Good but not great. App has some irregular sync issues, UI glitches and other bugs. There is no updates since Nov 2018

Great app, but after the last android system update the widget stopped working properly and its not showing tasks or allowing quick addition of tasks to the list.

It dropped the ball the very first time I needed to put something in the inbox. A flash message about no internet, then my item disappeared!

It's like a third Time im starting to use nozbe. I always make it difficult to organizer project with label and categories, but this Time i think i Will stary strong :)

You need to tell me if this is going to be online or if we need to join a membership. You won't though because you know that most people won't even download your app. Save yourself the one or two star reviews, tell the truth and everybody gets what they want. You get higher ratings and you don't get to waste my time

Excellent app with file attachments, multiuser features, categories and labels, due dates, time estimates, inboxing, projects, comments, activity streams, reports, notifications, widgets, etc.

I am facing bug that all the tasks related to a project turns priority which were imported from gcal.

Lack of graphical summarize and statistics about ones productivity
