Would be good if the app can show the directions to each check point, instead of linking it to the website version of Onemaps (not the Onemaps app, why?), which is terrible to use. The route suggested is also not on the PCN when i chose to travel by walking or cycling. The only way to stay on the PCN is to look at your position in the PCN map and try to figure out the route yourself... 😪
kind of problematic, when it say i can take pictures along the trial but the app camera function don't seems to work while in the midst of navigating. i have to literally, close the app and log in again in order to use the camera function everytime i want to use it. Hope that this bug can be corrected as its kind of troublesome fumbling around the app under the hot sun.
First so much security for this kind of app? Second, I can't login. When I click in the email link for verification (this is really true, you can't enter in the app until you confirm the email, ridiculous) I get the message token is invalid or has expired. Useless.
Don't make me create/log into an account to see a map please! Augmented reality component immediately crashed the app for me. Awful user-submitted pictures clog up the app and provide no value. At least it's a notch better than the awful NParks SG BioAtlas app and provides some useful info on points of interest. But remove the game component and simplify things. Get rid of forced login too please.
Map is too cluttered. I use the app to navigate the route but it's getting increasing difficult to read as all the commonity photos get in the way of the map, and there is no way to toggle a view without those photos. The entire User Interface is also clunky, overly complicated and seems poorly thought out.
Another public sector useless app built with no purpose at all. Waste of resources. People explore parks and nature not because they want to see where they can makan. I expected to see all the different trails and biodiversity and very disappointed. Deleting app.
Doesn't offer anything that Google maps doesn't have, but seems to drain power and has lot of irritating features like pop up pictures of cartoon fruit. Road names are often missing and it's not always clear what way to go at junctions.
Downloaded it, launched it and the first page was "Loading..." for over 10 minutes. I then uninstalled and re-installed the app but to no avail, the same problem persists. Can't even use the app.
Why call this APP Coast-to-Coast if the route even do NOT start at any coast at all??? Hoping to find an interesting route from Tuas to Changi or Eastcoast... nope, it goes from somewhere in Jurong to Punggol and Seletar. When u arrive in Punggol u have to walk back the same route to the final end near Seletar Airport. It make absolute no sense. Better to follow the coastline at Punggol. Dont understand why this APP need a password and that u have to use each time when opening it up. What is so secret of this APP for people who find my phone. Is very overdone and annoying. There is not a remember-me function or social media button. Very stupid made... but to be honest, already used from several APPs made in Singapore!!! It make all no sense... sadly because I like the idea of the APP... so more social media, password one time and not on credit card level security, and a real route that goes coast to coast...
It keep saying email is not valid and isn't allowing me to sign in even after I already vertified my account. I can't use it at all Edit : I finally got it working. It's not bad , pretty good actually. Haven't used for long tho. Will update again later after usage.
Practically useless apps. It does not serve to really provide any service nor extra information nor ease of access to information given its sluggish performance. Its graphic interface is pathetic. I am not sure what utilitarian value a person gets from this apps really. What a gigantic waste of time and taxpayers' money.
App was offline for two years. Now it is "back" but just stuck on the splash art loading screen. Happens on my iPhone xr and this galaxy s20+
After launching the app it showed a System Message, something about "dressing up for 2022" and it just freezes after that. We are now in Feb 2022. How long does NParks need to dress up for the year? Maybe putting a more decisive date will help users. Thanks.
Awful. Requires an annoying sign up process to do anything, and the maps are not detailed enough to do anything. Also incredibly slow.
Firstly why would i need to sign up and log in with password to use the apps, there's nothing important in it. There isn't an option to upload photos from the phone gallery.
The app requires registration to use. It doesn't allow registration using my Google account. The verification email never arrives despite several attempts to resend it. Could NParks fix the broken app please?
It hangs at the loading screen. Couldnt even get to main page. My other apps are working just fine. Nparks should work more on improving this app. Such a disappoinment!
Unusable. The font size on the onemap it uses is so tiny a magnifying glass is needed. if i can't see where i m going n where spots are, how can the app b used. Disappointed. fix that and maybe i can give it a high rating.
Upon opening the app, a system message popped up after which it froze. Dont bother installing.

Never have I come across developer who test an app in production any time they want. Sending random test notification to their customers is flat out wrong TOO MANY SPAM NOTIFICATION. UNINSTALL
Tried signing up but app unable to recognise and accept the password even though it complies to the rule.. between 6 to 30 characters. What's happening? Bug?
System problem. Can't sign up. Uninstall and reinstall 3 times and still can't get it running. The "loading" still there.
while I wan to sign up is so troublesome for the password... very frustrated.. can you do something about the password... just make it simple.. don't need to have upper character least 1. 1 number. 1 symbel. I have repeat it all over again and again.. so annoying... 😓😓😓😓
After downloading the app, it prompt to update but the screen doesn't allow me to do. The screen frozen :(. Kindly fix it. TQVM.
What an utterly useless app! There is no useful information, a ton of pics of people doing selfies and no highlights to trails or park connectors
unable to sign up, the app informed me that my email has been used for log-in, click forgot password, but no instruction is sent to my email edit: now the sign up is working, but the app won't let you close the app unless you press home button or force close it.
Yes, it's a trial version but at least have the minimum useability to start apps. Its really a shame to push out the apps for trial with such standard from a gov agency. What doesn't reflect well on SG work attitude. Total disappointment.
Worked for me as well. It took me just minutes to sign up. I feel that the password requirement could be relaxed though. Had a few issues when I started using the app. Was hoping that they would be fixed in v1.0.2 but seems like the patch update might have introduced new bugs. It's now displaying a "License Expired" error whenever l launch the AR scanner.
