The App you need for digital online banking. A great and easy app to use.
I have been trying to get into this app for about a month or so now. It was working fine up until around a month or so ago. Now I can't even get the app to open even after updating and Uninstalling and reinstalling. It goes to a blank white screen and that it is. Then the app closes. Pretty fed up considering I have banked with New Peoples for years and I can't can't get this app to work.

I hate this app! I can't login or get Insta Balance. It's like the app is frozen. I've tried restarting my phone & uninstalling & reinstalling the app w/ no change. This has become a piece of garbage! When you try emailing the email listed above the email just returns to you saying that it was undeliverable, wonderful customer service really! They need to fix this piece of garbage so I can check my balance & pay bills! Technical support do your jobs! I'm absolutely vexed & disappointed!

hey when will I be able to use the app? Not working from my galaxy s7.
Does not work after Android 9 update from December 1, 2019. After app opens, screen accepts no input. Keyboard does not respond. Back and Home buttons still work to get out, but cannot login or do anything.

This app has always worked with my phone I have, but now it when I go to update the app, it tells me it won't work with my phone. I hate this because this is how I pay my bills is through bill pay. What gives!!!!Why are they now after all these years are they now not letting some phone use it and some not!!!!!
Great app, very convenient no matter where you are. Card controls, transfer and bill pay features make for a great user experience. Great job New Peoples Bank.
Has great features but goes down a lot! There are a lot of times you can view your balance but not transactions. I like the ease of depositing checks.
I've been waiting honestly for the app to update & i love it! its extremely simple maybe later on could use some pop of color and some adjustments but no glitches ! I'm happy with.

Absolutely wonderful..have banked with them since 2015 and they always take care of any and all problems timely. This is only the 3rd bank I have ever used and unless I move way away I will continue to use this bank. Everyone is very nice and helpful if you call or go in. Thanks NPB of Haysi!
Pitiful!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I have lost count and it still doesn't load. I rate it negative 5 stars and that is being generous.
Worked fine until the last update. The bank told me to delete and re install. Now I can"t re load the app. Ridiculous. I can only give 1 star but it really deserves 0.

Haven't had an issue yet, but, I'm only 2 minutes into it... but the staff and service thus far has been exceptional, shout out to Haysi, appreciate them very much.
Love the app. Its made my banking alot easier and far less stressful. I love being able to lock or unlock my card and to quickly transfer funds from one account to another.
Been trying to download this app for 4 hours. Will not download. Edit: it's now 2021 and I can't even get into the APP. Ongoing, non stop issues. I can't continue to bank here with this non stop issue.
Worked great before and now I can't even get it to load. Uninstaller several times and uploaded again yet same problems
Still having problems with the app not working starting to consider switching back to wellfargo. I had there app from the start of it and never had a problem.
Has a lot of errors especially when making deposits of checks. Goes down and stops working often. Very frustrating.
