I have had this app for three months it worked one time every time I open it now it goes to a blank screen. Don't offer an app if it doesn't work and stop acting like that NPB is the bank of the future when you can't keep your applications up to date and work.
I can not even get into this app so I called and the lady I talked with had no clue what she was doing....she couldn't tell me what to do except " maybe go in through the internet instead of the app....you really can't see it but you can go in that way "! seriously! if you can't tell me how to get in to YOUR service what are you doing working there?
