NPS by NSDL e-Gov

It's really sad to see the dire state of our government service's. I tried to request for transaction statement but it didn't worked 2-3 times over a course of few days. Then I tried to send an email which has been mentioned in this app and that address doesn't even exist. Can you fix this issue as it's very common to have your transaction for financial year for ITR purposes

This app doesn't work on Android tablet. Though it is available for download, thereafter once you enter Pran no. & password, it automatically stops. This problem is there for more then last 4 months.

I attempted to obtain the status of my most recent transaction, but the software always indicated that something had gone wrong. Even when I tried to download transactions prior to my recent transaction, I received an error. Could you please resolve this issue as soon as possible?

Unable to download pdf, Always it shows error. If I download pdf from status view, it shows please provide permission for storage, eventhough I have provided all the permissions releated to media. Please fix this issue as i cant download pdf from app. I am using Android 12(Oneplus)

Best app and interface. Please add a function where it shows overall invested amount and return earned on that and cumulative amount Three different lines. I hope you understood.

Cant login into the app....after typing password and hitting login it just processing and atlast it says "something went wrong please try again". Tried to change the password through otp.. still showing the same.

In main screen it only shows total holdings but not showing the "total amount invested". Please add it to the main screen.

I have also used KFintech CRA App previously, the experience and UI is way better than this app. It had, various security features and neat UI. Can Protean team start working on providing competeive experience to its subscribers?

Good initiative but baboo based culture is visible where there is too frequent log in is needed. UI is poor and slow.

Basic decent application did not faced and hiccups up till now. Surely not up to the mark as per today's day and age tech. Game is so high...

App accomplishes what it is intended for with a minimalistic interface. There are lots of areas available for improvement. Lacks in design and user experience. I haven't faced any issues with it but it took a while to get familiar with it.

Can't download ePRAN and Contribution Receipt from the App. Always shows error. In RECENT CONTRIBUTION OPTION, there is showing only my First transaction which I made in February. March transaction is not showing. Complaint/Grievance Option is also very complicated I think because there are so many informations to be filled up.

Hi Team, App is good and helping a lot. Once we done the contribution, it's taking almost 5 6 days to get it approved and unable to see the same in website browser version It's becoming tough to download transaction statement. NEED THIS INNEDIATELY. ALSO in Status view, PDF is downloading but I am unable to find it out as there is no filename mentioned and couldn't find the downloaded file...please give us the path for that.

Basic things are missing in home page invested amount and total current value ,as the app is gov app we can accept these type of lack of common sense ,need to take some cs from other apps.

They could never explain me the withdrawal amount calculation from Tier 2. I had much more amount than my initial investment and withdrew amount of 100 but I always get less than that. Total amount was higher even on T+2 T+1 and T day. They really need to make it transparent and also provide history of per day.

App can be made more user friendly. It should be simple to use. Currently, app is not easy to use. Needs time to understand the flow

Cons: 1.Poor customer experience, navigation is little difficult to understand. 2. E-Statements doesn't reach realtime, takes almost 1 day. Don't have option to download investment statements. 3. Additional Investment is lengthy process with broken UX Pros: Good part almost all the features are available.

Overall good application to know details about NPS. But unless you add option to transfer amout from tire 2 account to tier 1 account application is incomplete.. And also give option to credit virtual account through UPI from application itself without any extra charges. If you make it possible above two things it will be a good user friendly experience.

Feels more like a web app than a complete app. There are many features which are not present in the app and user is redirected to website. The app is very light and basic and probably good for basic users with low speed internet operation. I think they should create another full fledged app and both apps can remain - one Lite another full app eg. YONO and YONO Lite.

Ma'am/Sir, first I congratulate the team for giving us this app. Please put option to add update nominee, even online mode shows the option but keep showing processing icon. India is IT hub and if we promote paper updating, what is the fun of PM's green initiative. I want to update my nominee so I dowoaded app that it might be better than internet login via Chrome but to my surprise it did not even show option to update nominee.

Its a decent app and helps check the account status but the status of contributions takes quite a while to update. Lately been experiencing lock outs where the app is not opening since almost 15 days now. Tried changing the password and resetting. In fact even reinstalled the app. Still not working.

Doesn't accept password I am able to use the same password on my laptop, but on app it doesn't work.

Its good to use.very coveniant.. But i have a prblm. I changed my scheme percentage for tire 2..but it not showing.it only showing the old percentage that i have made for 1st time.but in the portal it show my corrected percentage..why this app not showing my new modify percentage fir tier 2

The app doesn't show total investment amount. Instead it should the current value of total investment.

Unable to login, Getting error "Already Logged In" even though I am still on the login page of the mobile app. **EDIT** After using this app for more than 6 months I can conclude that this app is not at all stable and there are so many bugs in the app that makes this app not reliable.

Not able to login. Neither in the app nor in the website. Not sure what is happening. Trying to login for the past 4 days over desktop and mobile. But pages are not loading on browser and in the app it's saying " something went wrong"

Not able to login through app on my redmi note 9 pro mobile. Every time it's saying that i have already logged in. Even I hve tried the same by changing the password through web. Issue remains same, I have been using the app for past a year and i didn't have any problem and i use to contribute my investment through app only last investment was successfully carried over on 02-Mar-22. Mostly from 10 days it's testing my patience. I didn't even find a place to raise a grievance through portal.
