This app has not been updated since 2019. It was great at the start but if like me who purchased the CCTV Kits in 2017/18 that are nearing the end of the 3 year warranty can be migrated over to the current servers etc, this is something that was not originally agreed as part of the Aldi contract, so it may take a little time.
11/05/2021 - now utterly useless, cannot connect via the app no matter the connection type, time to replace the DVR for a better one with a more stable app. simple functionality and normally very easy to use, however since the 30/09/19 update it won't even open.
App repeatedly fails to load. How can we check on our cameras if we can't load the app. If you are looking at purchasing a CCTV system that uses this app then I wouldn't bother, it works intermittently at best. Customer service is even worse than the app 😡
Keeps crashing after last update to app. Cannot even login to it. EDIT: Thete is no help or support available. But if you uninstall the app, and reinstall it, and add your cctv device it will work again... Hopefully this will help someone else!
App no longer working. Can't connect over wi-fi and can't creat new account or request forgot password. No connection failed for any attempt to connect. What's going on. Been using this for years.
Ok so found away to get into it. once it's tried to login in click on local button on the left of the screen and search for your device and add it. its under a different number well mine is hope this helps. The only down side I can see is you have to go in through the local button each time, will thats what I'm doing.
Doesn't work anymore! I've found a solution, download the app 365SECUHD log in with your NPview username and password an your good to go! Edit this one doesn't work now either!!
I thought last update ruined the wifi on my mobile when trying to watch the cctv but I had to reset my phone the other day and all work correctly now. I can watch my property while away and all it took was a phone factory reset, not because of the app but because the phone manufacturers did an upgrade and forced me to use my password which I had forgotten 🤦🏼♀️, so back to 5 stars
This app USED to work perfectly. Continues to work over Wi-Fi, but fails to load on 4g when I am away from home. Very disappointed now, suggest the developers need to either update or offer support.
Stopped working, terrible, cant connect anymore, deleted, reinstalled still not working. Any help would be grateful.edit, delete np view and down load fseye pro takes 1hr to work but much much better and easier to use. Hope this helps
What's going on? Getting connection failed message for the past week when i try to log in? DVR working fine so definitely a problem with the app. No answer from the helpline!
Same problem as others...login stopped works recently. download mkvsion app (use the exact spelling) and all ok now.. app essentially identical, same login details. thanks for the tip guys.
Still working at the moment but now I've upgraded my phone the app content disappears behind the soft navigation bat at the bottom of the screen and makes features inaccessable. Can you do something about this ?
As others, will not allow me to log on, just get connecting failed message. No response from e-mail to developer. Update, replied to email and asked me to use mkvision instead, that works.
Was working fine up until last week. Just in case you've the same issue, I've tried downloading so many similar apps but none worked for me for the last week, except today "fseye" App actually worked and seems to be similar to the npview app
App doesn't connect to home system anymore and it's not just my phone. It's both android and iPhone OK FOR ALL OF YOU THAT ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AS ME. IF YOU DOWNLOAD Fseye APP AND LOGIN IT WORKS AND YOUR CAMERA'S ARE THERE. RESULT 😌😁😁😁😁
I have been advised to use a new app called MKVSION, yes spelt correctly and it worked fine. I got a log in error after I had changed my password but then uninstalled npview and logged back in to MKVSION and it works fine now. Thanks guys 👍
Not working again Any suggestions please 😁 ALL READ!!!! Had an email from company... install....MKVSION...works fine so far.....old message..App not allowing me to connect. Or log in..WiFi good. Was having issue with not connecting, found that the app had changed the port address ? Once corrected all working again. And if failed again
Has worked perfect for 3 or 4 years and now when I go to log in it's only saying, connecting failed, and won't log in. Has anyone else had this issue?

Bloody apps not working. Tried uninstalling to reinstall, and now I can't even down load the app. Come on its been down for days now.
I cannot connect to any of my camera, despite trying numerous ways. The help and support file is useless.
You need to download 365secuhd on your play store or apple store. This is the new app the helpline are telling us to use. Hope this helps you all 👍
No longer letting me use app to login to CCTV. Can connect through local option in app but login is no longer working.

Search button on playback is missing have this app over 2 years and have used this function before so why can't I do playback ????

Hi there, I am not able to log into the system either..stating connection failed. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue. Can someone please take a look as this has only happened in the past week. Looking at the reviews more people are experiencing the same issue so we can't use the app because of this.
