Very good app. Wonderful api. Customer service is great. I am having a problem then I called their customer service they just instantly solve the problem. They are also updating this app day by day. Now I can give my utility bill from here. Even I don't need to carry a cheque book. Go ahead........

Bad app for banking I have ever seen. Full of problems in this apps. I have already registered for planet self registration. All is ok but I couldn't complete the self registration process. At the last step it will show me a message "Sorry, this request can not be processed at this moment". Every time I got this message. I have mailed for this problem, they took 2 weeks but they didn't solve the problem. So tell me how could I say nrbc service is good. Such a stupid customer care service.

For online banking this is the most outstanding app. Without consuming time, i can instantly transfer money to another bank, top-up recharge and check my balance and most importantly it's ensure to safe and secure my transaction. Thanks to NRBC bank for this amazing app and it's help us to avoid going to bank in this current pandemics situation.

I can't register to this apps, while trying to register i get a message like please activate your cell no and email address associated with this account. Is there any solution for this issue???

The registration process does not complete. The app send a message "Thank you for registration at NRBC Planet. Within 24 hrs your PLANET ID will activate & get an activation pin number. Please Call 16413 for help." But after 60 hours of registration of the APP the PLANET ID is not activated yet and no activation pin number has been sent to me. I called at 16413 helpline 3 x but no satisfactory response was found from that helpline.

This apps given me easy online bangking with high security. its save my time to withdraw or transfer fund. QR cash payment against cheque that is great system of this app. Easy to transfer fund to bkash number. I can make top-up instant. Suggested to you use this apps for your easy life.

Very bad experience with comparatively another bank online banking, in the time of registration email and mobile number wrong, but actually both are correct.

Excellent service. But few problems facing such as i am can't BEFTN because here can't used (Md. Mahdi hasan) Means special character. My BEFTN Accunt Name is Md. Mahdi Hasan Bhuiyan. When I send BEFTN this a/c apps said Routing number invalid. I check my BEFTN Routing number is correct. But A/C Md. Mahdi Hasan Bhuiyan.Planet can't allow Md. (here allow Md ) please solved the problem as soon as possible.

Very much easy to use for all types of customers. Have included sufficient types of service which can be possible to do through apps without going to bank. Satisfy enough of this app.

Very good app, but i need to transfer my main balance to prepaid card, but there is no option. Hope you will do it as soon as possible.

They said 'প্রবাসির সপ্ন' i couldn't open an account from abroad. it's loading while verifying mobile. i called help center and asked can i open an account from abroad even they can't advice.

One of the most user friendly mobile applications for banking. It has the capability to satisfy all the day to day transaction needs for a person. Its highly recommended.

Great app. But, there's a small issue with the UI. It's probably not fully responsive.

01. Please Stop OTP in login Stage. 02. Password validity should be unlimited. Its very annoying and difficult to create new password in every month. Bkash/ rocket or other MFS can ensure such security, why don't you?

Why every week this app told me to update my password? Disgusting!!! How many times i have to change my password?

8/11/19 Can't Register On My Own. So I Have No Idea What's Inside The App. 17/12/19 Installed The App Again. Now The App Is Working Fine. Thank You For Resolving The Issue. I Hope The App Will Have More Features Soon. Now I Am Operating All My Banking Needs Through The App Recommended........ 😑

Good but need to improve a lot. Facing Credit card & fund transfer problem recently.

app isnot user friendly, facing some critical issue when i logged in this app. And also facing technical problem.

Registration process should be more easy to generate user and password by the customers own then it will be customer friendly.

So many problems such as frequently update, password change, settings and so on!!!
