Slow, drivers accept the booking but then cancel it so you have to wait for the next one, not reliable, difficulty with cancelling the order
Such reliable staff. Have gotten taxis on Christmas Day and during the blizzards of "The Beast from the East". Drivers rang me in advance to say they were on their way. Hands down best service I've received. They've never cancelled on me. Highly recommended
Terrible. Booked a taxi to airport the day before. It did not arrive so I called and was told they were waiting on someone to accept the job. Couldn't tell me when (or if) this would happen! What's the point of booking with the app then?
Great way to book a taxi! Easy to use and I could see when the taxi was due to arrive. Will definitely use it again.
Typical interaction, Book the night before for a taxi in the morning for card payment Ring you ten minutes before to say can I stop at an atm somewhere. You say OK Still hear nothing after ten minutes so you ring and cancel 🤔
Rubbish service. Take booking and 35 mins later they haven't found a car even though it kept saying 15 mins away
No way to contact driver or company through app. Booked an hour ahead and app said cab was on the way but no sign of it 15 mins after booking time. 25 mins after booking they got in touch to say they still hadn't a cab on the way because they were very busy. Asked why they accepted the booking through the app if they can't meet it and they said there was no way to turn it down. After I cancelled the app was still telling me it could have a cab to me in 2 mins time. A farce.
Unable to app-login with mobile number as on web browser. If you want to use an mobile app you need to make a new registration.
