It is great for basic information on your license and adding courses completed for renewals. The app doesn't allow to upload certificates for completed courses. It would also be nice to have a specific list required for licensing level recerts..
Since the last update, everytime I attempt to log in the app crashes.
I log in and it immediately shuts down the app. I haven't been able to use it at all.
Keeps crashing every time I try to sign in. Just started this today.
The app has been freezing at the loading screen. Even after uninstalling the app and changing my password, still no access.
Makes life easier with the NREMT. Adding education can be a little easier but otherwise pretty good. Add shirts for sale too.
Appreciate being able to snap pics of certificate and upload it easily. I would rate 5 star if it included the ability to "check off" the required sub-topics covered in a given course. Alternatively, at least a link or feature from the app that lists the sub-topics required. As is right now, I have to go hunt that info on the web.
Was trying to use this app for Paramedic recert. It worked fine for a while then suddenly wouldn't work unless I gave app permissions to have access to "ALL FILES" on my phone. I have no idea why a National Registry app would need that. App crashes as soon as it opens without permissions. I reluctantly allowed permissions. App finally opened to login screen. Could not login no matter what. I reset my password, recovered my username, uninstalled, etc. Worthless app. Use a computer or tablet ffs
It's always been a challenge every 2 yrs to keep track and update for the renewal. This worked for me this time. I hope the next renewal will be easier (I'm sure because each class I'll attend I'll add it to this app and just attach it to the future renew)
I can't log in anymore because of a strange error when trying to. The error says: "object reference not set to an instance of an object." The app is great. It's convenient and easy to navigate, but it has suddenly stopped working for me.
This app ONLY works on my Samsung Galaxy phone, not any of my other devices, tablets. other android phones, or Microsoft Surface (Android User). Need a version that is fully compatible with Android platforms. Managing licensure should not be restricted to using a phone
A nice, simple means to access credentials and check on education/recert status at a glance. Nothing fancy, but for anything more complex I would probably log in on a desktop anyway.
Not that great. The finger scan login barely works half the time and then it will randomly refuse your password even though it's the same password that you use to login into the main website with. Needs some work.
Super easy to use. I can add educational courses and certifications from my phone. I really do feel more in control of my EMS re-certification process
Tons of questions with iffy answers, emailed support numerous times about the problems I was experiencing and requested insight on the questions- no response. After a couple weeks I requested a refund through support with no response. I wasn't going to pay for a service that left me hanging when I had questions of concern regarding the educational benefits of these questions if they only further confuse people. I'm an ex combat medic seeking help and they disregard me and pocket my money.
App constantly lags. Is this seriously the only way to renew with CEs? The NREMT website is terrible, does not allow recert and does not indicate a clear way of doing so. Please address this to make recert less of a hassle! This is a huge pain every 2 years!
Update: Login issues appear to be fixed, thank you! Login seems to be currently broken and will not allow me to enter app. Was working well before, please fix this issue.
Love the verify credentials feature. I just downloaded the app and was able to log in, view my own certification and also verify credentials for one of my subordinates.
Numerous sudden app failures and shows different recert info than on NREMT website. The app is very convenient but needs fixed to continue being a good app.
This app needs to manage phone calls? Why? Also it just keeps crashing even after I gave it permission. This app should not need access to phone calls anyway.
Awesome app. Makes keeping track of ConEd easy. Downloading pics of rosters is nice. One small glitch was quickly fixed after a call to NREMT.
App says I need to update in order to use despite just downloading the app. The play store doesn't show any available updates. Works great on iphone but not android for some reason. Please fix
Horrid. Any app that wants to make phone calls and have access to your photos is suspect. There's no justification for that.
For a first time user, I found it easy and very covenient! Easy to access and update my education quickly and effectively! Great app! Thanks!
Rate 1 stars due to a glitch that it post a incorrect SSN information and not my real SSN this app needs to be fix and have all the bugs removed and have the app update to a new version to prevent glitch till this is fix I might change my status later to 5 stars.
Was thrilled to see an Android version of this, and I was not disappointed. So much easier than navigating the website on my phone. Thank you very much. Great app.
Won't let you login, therefore worthless. Will stick to the website, which is fairly convoluted but at least a person can log in to it.
Convenient and pretty easy to use, but it should not be THAT easy to accidentally delete education hours from it. Recommending a 2-step delete process
This was SO MUCH easier to use than the way we did things back in the day! Uploading education is really easy. So glad NREMT has an app!
Downloaded after getting email from nremt. Haven't been able to use because it crashes after I put in my password. Even uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times
