I really enjoyed both Spectra apps!! The on line app is very user friendly with many ways to gain access to your accounts. You have more control in using the app. The debit card app is great to have in reminding you all of your purchases when using your debit card. The transactions will automatically alert you on your cellphone. In addition you can freeze your card when you can't find it .

Camera function of this version of the ap running on Android 10 is very poor. Hard to focus. Sizing function is poor. Contrast is poor. (Can't capture faint text.) Camera function in older NRLFCU version was fine. Camera function in picture taking mode is fine.

I can't access my tax documents from my mobile phone and when I attempt to sign in via computer it doesn't recognize my credentials.

Prsent version (11/2020) cannot make remote deposit. The front of check photo works fine, but the back of check photo cannot be taken. Update 4/2021. New version is being pushed. I don't know how big it is but knee adjust deleted a gigabyte and it still won't load. How big could this New app be? How many new bugs fit in a GB?

I grateful the opportunity of having this app to keep a watchful eye my bank account. IT'S accuracy is top level of always been able to communicate through this app as well efficiently, their response is always in a timely manner.

Fingerprint login isn't working. You have to sign in with username. Others are right,very annoying. Update fingerprint is now working and app does everything I need. Love it!

Used to work well. Since last update, always trouble connecting to site. Have deleted and downloaded app 3 times. Still having trouble connecting.

App has difficult time establishing server connectivity recently. Usually times out when computer browser access if fine.

Device registration not working - requiring a pin for every login is getting old. Updating my rating to 1 because issues persistent for months.

Does everything you need! A little clunky to log in, but after that is intuitive with all the info you need.

Times out on login. I love what I can do with it (I no longer live in Virginia), but recently I have to use the web login because it cannot connect.

I'm having the same experience as others. Since the new update, the app is either slow to open, or doesn't open at all.

Very very slow to open. Always have to shut it off before it works. it needs to be fixed

Before I updated the app it came right up. Now the updated app is slow to open and requires me to close out and come back in.

Easy to use and real time balances. I could not live without this convenient app.

This app needs to be updated bad. It's not as intuitive as other major banking apps.

This app is okay. Not as robust nor user friendly as other banks but you can get business done.
