When I 1st installed the App was going great. Then I got locked out of my account the App said, the error was from NRMA's end. This was months ago & I've spoken to Customer service & was told that even NRMA's I.T department couldn't figure it out ! I hav a degree in I.T & i still cannot login to my account !! The only way is get on phone & do it that way, AS they're able to get into my account but NOT able to fix it, so gotta get back on phone for gawd knows how long to sort this OUT

This is the worst app, generally speaking NRAM is bad with all online services. I tried to get insurance through the app to pay by the month. When I proceed to payment it froze and then I was sent a new policy for a yearly payment. The worst thing is that this has happened on multiple occasions. Now it won't show my other policies. I am cancelling all my policies.

After a few days on working with the supports, I now have everything working. Let's say the app is quite limited in term of information updating as most of the more important ones must go through the phone, such as removing an insured driver, updating information of a misspelled name, updating the age of the youngest driver, etc. The app gets better as I am more familiar with it so I guess it is good in the core. It just takes time. BTW, great people on the support lines.

Since the last update the app hasn't worked. Every time I type verification number it says it's the wrong number. Then it starts sending a new verification number every 30 seconds. Why did you guys even change the app, was working fine before. Not a happy customer.

For whatever reason, the app always logs you out. Meaning you have to log back in every time you use the app

App not working at all. Says ' Technical Error ' We have experienced a technical error on our side, please try again later ' Been this way since the last update. A week or so, maybe more. Please fix so I know when my Policies are due!

Useful capabilities, but can still use more improvements. As far as I can tell, performance loading some pages are a bit slower compared to the previous version. Viewing documents need more work on improving experience (like gallery or thumbnail view for images?). Usability in a throttled or low/unreliable bandwidth connection could use some work as well. However, overall usabilty is notably good.

I keep getting a message saying, "We have a Technical issue at our end." This has been going on for weeks. In response to the issues I raised I was referred to the "social team" who had not idea of how to address the issue other than "reset your password". This is a technical or coding issue not a basic account access issue. In any case I have now deleted the app and will just have to use my PC if I need access to my insurance policies.

it's actually my first review ever, but now I was so positively sure that I have to write one. this app is rubbish, my policy was canceled because I couldn't pay for it threw the app and I was overseas I couldn't login from a browser. no one bothered to contact me nor to ask me why did that happen. I'm still an nrma customer because I'm genuine and hopefully they could take care of their customers bit more. thank you

Automated monthly payments are inconsistent and will fail for no reason. This means I have to open the app and pay manually nearly every month. Very frustrating.

I cannot access my NRMA app as it requires an update and it just spins around and will not update, as a consequence my policy payment is now overdue. I have been trying to do the update since Christmas Eve. Very frustrating!!!!!

This is just ridiculous. They update apps then goggles says the devise is not registered or it wants me to set up an account with my credit card details. NOT for a free bloody app. NRMA should make it available from their website. Now I have no access on my mobile.

Since the last update the App fails to login giving an error. have called NRMA and told to reinstall. Thisakws no difference. Are you going to fix the App. There are many other similar complaints that you have responded to but seemed to have ignored the peoblem.. Very unhappy. I have 7 insurance policies. I can go elsewhere if you don't correct your error.. I called NRMA today and the staff member said she had the same issue with the App since the last update. Do I make a formal complaint ?

What is the point of this app? There is no "make a payment" button on your policy? Optus mobile has a "make a payment" button? What is it so hard to add that feature? NRMA have messed up my auto debit two months in a row, I'd like to have some control over my policy.

Cannot log out of one account to log in to another account. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app!!! Extremely frustrating. Should be able to switch between profiles or atleast log out!!

Poor experience. I open the app. Enter my details. Then I need a pass code which is sent via sms. But I have to get out of the app to get the pass code, but when I reopen the app the pass code is invalid and it's a catch 22 situation.
