App constantly crashes and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm sure they know about this because its been happening for awhile, they obviously refuse to improve this app.
Terrible. Such a hassle to do mobile deposits. And it is crazy terrible just to even log into the app. I use mobile banking for BofA, Capital one, and many other Banks. This one is by far the worst. Please take some leassons from other Banks and upgrade your app.
This app has been very easy to use for remote bank deposits. It is especially handy to use after normal banking hours!

I use this app for mainly two things: checking balances and depositing checks remotely. It has one of the easiest and most intuitive interfaces that I've used for depositing checks remotely, and for that reason I gave it a five-star.
App is simple to use, would suggest adding Fingerprint security feature.
I use many mobile banking apps. The functionality of this one is the clunkiest, least advanced of the ones I use. It's obvious that NSB is very risk averse due to the limitations placed on the app. For the simple things - checking balances, particularly for multiple accounts, it's good. Depositing checks, meh. I run a fee based company and many times my deposits exceed the meager limits set.
Sometimes it won't work when I need it the most but for the most part it is very conve.

It works for a week and then stops. I keep having to reinstall it. Please fix your app.
Absolutely miserable. The app is useless. Regularly says wrong passwords, user id's, account login id's, locks you out first try, 1 hour each mandatory phone call, of which I've made more than I can count. Way too many login fields to remember. Different formats for mobile and desktop for all of the above. You will have to carry a big piece of paper wherever you go to recall all of the fields and formats. Insanely low monthly limit on mobile deposits. For a business this is a HUGE problem. More
