NSE MOBILE TRADING

Otherwise a decently performing APP but it has certain issues. Normally it stays logged in for a meager 15 minutes but there are instances when you are logged out in less than 10 minutes of inactivity. A recent development of difficulty is in the Input boxes for priced at the bottom area of 'Order Book' form. The digits I type stays illegible till the cursor remains in the box.

Earlier it was very nice app. But now it's really frustrating. When ever I open its crashes. While checking script if I go back it completely shuts down. If I add any script also it shuts down. Not working at all. Need immediate attention.

not working correctly in poco f1 device...payment fails every time in adding to now account for pay in option and frequent phrases is not displayed. app not optimised for poco f1 device. requesting an update. and also tried reinstallingthe app, an error popup is displayed as "this app was built for an older version of android and may not work properly. try checking the update or contact the developer" with the options ""check for update" and "ok". no update is available for the same .

1)the application is not opening from past few days. And nothing is done by the developer.2) some issue while trading. Not showing data in call options but i can di the same in put. Please increse the logout time from 15 minutes to atlest 3o. And also provede the autofill option in quantity. I mean at least 1 lot per order. So we can save our time while trading.

Very slow to load scripts, time taking for log in. To make easy please bring finger enabled login and to trade. Everytime entering the transaction password is horrible thing. When quick trade required these password requirements are being hurdles. So expecting good update consists, -Easy log in using minimum credential/finger prints -Easy quick trade option -Adding more navigation into the app to go back etc

It crashes everytime I add a script. This issue is there since long. Not sure what it takes as developer or product owner of this App to fix and deploy the simple change. Few bad experiences screw up all other good features.

This is just OK app... Not the perfect one which have all the options. Sometimes it hangs and its not useful. When you place order, particularly on that time it take as much long time that your order price may have huge change.

Great app but some silly stuff missing. I can't sort the apps alphabetically or I cannot see only charts of all scrips in my list. Would be good if these basic features are given to users.

I feel login password and security questions would be better once in a day for first login. Also app can be even more user friendly by provide the sell option at position for the particular index, As existing is press long hold on the position and select the trade option and then again provide all the options like banknifty, strike price, index, buy/sell and market/limit option. Instead it should get information as it is like directly we can sell that particular index. once fixed all issue 5 * .

Using Lenovo Vibe Since the latest update your app pops up an error stating that it doesn't work on rooted devices. Well, I'm not in the habit of screwing up my device by rooting it. FYI I haven't rooted my device and have no intention of messing around with my phone. Fix this ASAP. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but error persists. Anyone at NSE listening ?

I have mailed n number of time to developer in ref to issues with app, but no one replied back ever. All the issues being reported are absolutely correct and developer not interested in running in this app. It's better to quit from app. There may be better apps too

App is NOT good it suddenly hangs while going back to the previous screen or while adding a new script the older one was better 1/100. The app hasn't been updated after changes made in the index.

Could not pay in from the app. List of bank and list of segment does not load on payin page. Its an error required to be fixed at the earliest. Login expiry time should be increase to 3hr and only password should be asked while re-login.

This app is very slow, can't do payin. If we close the app and relogin it will tell you already logged in , one should loggout and log in. You cannot keep logged in using app and browser at the same time. Session timeout is very quick. Keep the user logged in for at least 2-3 hours. Please fix these general issues.

I think wrost app, ever I have seen. Everyone just want use in easy and friendly way , this app already taken so many step to login security than why we have to always put password when place a order. I think this is waste of time of us. Why this app logout in every 15 minute atleast increase time duration of logout to 1 hr. Many time not showing our holding.

Please give us the premium feel while using this app , I may not understand the security concerns but surely the app can be made visually appealing like other apps . Kindly look into providing news also and other required details to transform this into a one off app for trading, investing and learning. It's only a suggestion .

It horrible for user to use. It is not at all user friendly.1 Chart parfromance not good 2 password system is worst. 3 upper limit & lower limit is not there. 4 It's stop intermetntly. 5 One click ordered cancel is not there. Need to improve quality & parfromance. There are many apps avlible on net pls.Study or take reference of MO TRDER Trading app. Moneycontrol Trading app.

only if the developer can add below features, this app would rock. It is okay even if you charge us for premium subscription: - Minutes option to candles like 3-min, 5-min, 15-min etc. -Live updation of candles - Full screen interactive chart view.

Worst app ever... It's not working....I have tried continuosly, buts it's showing me network not available, even though everything is there, wifi and mobile network. Such pathetic experience...

no update since last 2 years , developers of this application are still living in 90's era. no option to see historical charts . no option to use indicators.

multiple access of the same account is permitted i use nse now quick launcher, nse mobile app in my redmi mobile and apple ipad. i am able to access my account using the same id and passwprd simultaneously. previously, if the account is open in one platform, system denied access in other gadgets. i do not know what is wrong and where. this is to be checked immediately. n.kalyanasundaram, coimbatore

Hello, As NSE always give preference to investors. so spend some money on mobile trading platform. 1. add UPI payin option 2. make it user friendly like navigation from bottom 3. BO. List is very long can not list everything here but these are very essential.

App is simple and works fine.but the app asks for login every time i open. thats a big issue... please provide one time login for a day or you could provide pin for login....pls solve this issue. ...and the pay in and pay out is having a big issue...the page is not displayed most of the time

pls solve this issue... After updating the app, I can not open app. I am using Lenovo Note K5 mobile. One should need lot of passwords in hand for using this app. Extremely against userfriendly. For trading any app should be; userfriendly; should not take much time for booting; resetting passwords should be optional. But this app requires passwords number of times.

Earlier release of 1st October 2019 was not supported on android lollipop version however This revised version is working fine. Thanks a lot for the quick response and fixes.

It is very difficult to use. If u want to Login asking multiple questions and logout in 15 mins. Its waste of time. Password expired every 14 days, set unused password. Not a user friendly.

Application is very slow after the update. It was good before the update. I am using the OnePlus mobile even then the application is very slow at all times (market/off market hours). Please fix it ASAP and push the update to the users.

Pathetic. App crashes often. After 1 st Jan21, the app has stopped loading. No support/ updates to the app. Was good when it was running smoothly
