All possible problems an app can have come with the upgrade. You can't log in without a verification code sent to your email which wasn't the case with the previous versions that requested for either a password or finger print for access. Updating user information is nearly impossible with error messages being thrown at you. Developers should audit the entire app, otherwise kudos to NSSF for the good work in securing our children's future.

The App gives me instant updates and allows me trace all details backwards to the date I joined. I live the flexibility offered that I can even register myself or even make individual contributions via the same platform. I strongly recommend it. May the experts continue to be more innovative.

I can not believe this is what NSSF can afford for an app. Unbelievable. This app was developed by children. Rule number one on an app like this. NEVER allow screen-shotting. Never. Am constantly being asked to use a short code sent to my email to login. That code should be a one time code so you can change your password or use a fingerprint. There's no setting for it. Payments. NSSF allows voluntary payments. You would think they would provide an option for credit cards. No. Only MM. so sad

The recent updates came with a lot of useless functions. Previously the user interface was indeed user friendly. I can't seem to understand where to find things at first look.

Every once in a while, a developer makes the perfect App: Light, User Friendly, Perfect UI/UX, all the thread work woven exquisitely. Then some Management goon comes and and calls for security modifications that clearly do not make sense. Now we have to log on every time we open the App, dates of payments do not show... Happened to MTN App, has unfortunately happened to NSSF App. What a pity! Please let Developer's do their work unfettered.

Sometimes it us difficult to log on. Also, you do not return messages posted in the app. I had asked when the registration for midterm access would commence. No feed back so far on this matter.

The app is not letting me in unpon signing in with my phone number. It throws errors like the number ... doesn't exist, then it sends a code to the same phone but fails to log in upon entering code. Generally the app is of a poor user experience and lete hope my money is safe.

Best app, all office is here....... Very easy to use. What you need is only your registered email address or your registered mobile number and then enter the login code provided each time and there you go All your details most importantly future projection. What you expect or what you need to do to save to get certain projection👍👍👍💪💪💪💪

Uploaded app today but failed to access my account. It generates OTP and reverts to ERROR mode. Am stuck there pretty much. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same thing happens.

The latest upgrade has done more harm. Retirement projections are wrong and app freezes a lot. The app asks one to log in with phone number everytime one wants to sign in.

I flashed my phone and trying to download the app and opening it again to check my balance it says the number and the Email I provided does not exist yet those are the very numbers and Email I used to register. Please fix for me this issue.

The older version was better than the upgrade. Very slow, needs to login all the time and it hangs.

good app, I like the latest version which allows profile editing but how can I delete the dependant whom I added by mistake and the name is absolutely wrong I mean it had name error?

The application hangs after inserting all the details. It's frustrating when processing benefits. Hopefully you that will be rectified soon

Simplicity at its best. All the necessary information at a touch of a button. Very intuitive. Nice work!

Application consistently crashes and is showing zero balances...tried uninstalling and re-installing but same behaviour. Previous app version was excellent.

Why this app has been automatic, thats it opens or displays automatically even when another app is running Also why is it that everytime i want to login you have to send me a onetime pin yet earlier i was using a permanent password and/or fingerprint Your response will matter Thanks

I love the app, I wanted to check and see who my beneficiary was. Check my current balance and to see if my savings had been submitted by my employer. It's so easy to use. Thanks

This app deserves zero stars because it is not useable. I can't login to this version. It just brings internal server error, yet I was using the previous version with no problems.

It's fast and clear, auto fills sent code. And display important info right there.

You take ages before you get what you want. Apps are supposed to be user friendly, this one is a nightmare. Please return the old app.

After the system upgrade, when I log on with my email am told contact doesn't exist. I have tried to contact marketing for help but no response.

It's not user-friendly especially for tasks as simple as editing personal information. You can do better.

The app provides me with the information that I would otherwise get only from NSSF offices. So I find it very useful.

It is difficult to update dependants information. The system just fails or freezes

This is the most useless app ever. I tried to add a dependent and it edited my name account number and deleted my previous dependants. Delete it it's useless.

Not very user friendly. What I amended in my personal information I see different things!
