This has been the best version of this app yet, and it has been nothing but smooth and trouble-free. From the easy to navigate algorythms to the tap-and-zoom feature, the app displays the relevant information I need in a hurry when out on the streets. I would recommend the use of this app to all Paramedics, even those from other duristictions.
App won't open - new phone with android 9. App attempts to open then just crashes. Worked well on my old iphone and was really useful.
Unfortunately still not working on Android - the app crashes on start-up. Back to the hard copy book for me. 😒
When comparing this to the app of AV, this app is years behind. Not sure if this app is even monitored as it is not intuitive and lacks the nessessary information that the AV app has. Some developer accountability would go a long way here
I loved this app. But now that I updated my S8 it won't open. Please rectify so I can download out again. Thanks!
I delete the old one and downloaded the new as advised but still same issues app won't start on note 9 with latest updates

Both ambulance apps have stopped working since the latest android update 01FEB2019

Great app now unusable. As others have said, latest update zooms into text and unable to be read on a phone.
New update zoomed in and makes the app terrible, please fix as it was good before this

About time we moved to an app rather then needing to use a microsoft log in that never worked. This app is great and easy to use
App keeps crashing and does not open. edit: 5 stars sjnce 07/05/2019, app works and is better than before. much more useful. could definitely use some minor adjustments to some of its useability (the checklists need to make sense for thwir soecific context when checking it off for example) but otherwise great.
