Zone wise and intermediate station wise filter isn't available in the list of rescheduled, scheduled, cancelled and diverted trains for quick search. At least the cancelled trains should have their zone wise and intermediate station wise filter for quick search. And In Spot your train button page the distance of next stop should be shown too. If some feature of "where is my train" app is implement the it would be the best app

This is a very good app. This always gives you correct information. BUT for the last few days I have been facing some problem while accessing train status. Now it shows "No data found. Check input (s)". Please fix this problem it's very annoying!

Google ads are very annoying and needs to add more features. Specially in running train status, animation of train moving on line should be added. I know that ntes would never reply on my review, but still hoping for change.

App constantly asks to upgrade. If I don't upgrade, I can't use it. It is very troubling when you are in a low network area and try to find a train schedule. You can't find train due to the upgrade issue. Disappointed. I had been using it for about 2 years and this new upgrade issue has ruined the app experience. It is a good app but please solve the upgrade issue.

Hi, First of all, the features on this app is too good and it is easy to use & navigate, I would appreciate if you could add one more added on feature on it to the tab that is "trains between stations", in this section, it allows us only to check the types of trains and not the days the train runs... If it allows us to select the date, then it would be easier for us to chose the trains for that particular day than seeing all the other trains that does not run on that particular day

Reliable app. Shows actual position of the train. Kindly include a way so that passenger may update the platform details of any train in case there is any change than the usual platforms. Thank you.

It is really frightening that we can't find platform no at New Delhi of premium train like Tejas (82502) using this app. It is never updated. Passengers are really in a quandary. NTES must look into this as soon as possible.

This is a very good app. I checked the current status of the train. It showed it's standing on standing on station. But actually the train got departed. Very well .... at least some things are working ahead of time in India...

Shows that the information cannot be fetched because of network error even when my internet is working fine. Please fix it. Also, as a suggestion, please try to show the running status of a particular train in list view (showing the timing for all stations in its route) instead of the current view where one can only see a single station at a time.

Why this app most of the time shows "yet to start from source stn" although it already started. Always shows wrong "delay time". Not at all useful. Railway employees are such a hardworkers they don't even have time to update the running status.

I have a bad experience with this app. It always disappointed me. Whenever I searched for my trains it shows "some problem occured" again and again.

App is very useful, but please add a feature for live train coach position. Once a time I am trevaling with my family and train stopage is Just 2 minute, we are face so difficulty to reach out to the coach.

Day by day credibility lost. Not updating status as promptly as it was earlier. "Digital India" converted into "Deyal India". Please look after and improve its credibility.

Why the app is showing error on my device?? "This app cannot run on emulator or rooted devices". While the device is neither an emulator nor rooted.

Many-a-times, it shows " no data found. Please check input status". We need this app all the time all the time. Cannot afford such glitches.

I can't see live status of train in morning and afternoon times, it's say "No data found, try again later". Please fix the issue or hire new staffs for server maintaining.

It good app for checking train between station. But the biggest problem is to check running status of train whose journey is 3 day.

Using this app for more than two years.. Initially it was so helpful but later after so many updates and updates, the app still found to be same. Delay in updation is the first thing to be considered. No improvement in the accuracy rate. User Interface and map features seems to be very poor. Instead of adding features in the update adding ads is irritating. Expecting a positive approach from the developer team.

It's a nice app, but it doesn't shows the correct information. It doesn't give proper arrival and departure time. It shows that the trian will reach particular station at 19:30 when you are checking at 19:40 and the train will be 20 kms to reach that particular station. Please improve on the accuracy otherwise this will misguide most of the passengers. It would be better if it can mention the reason of running late or diversion or cancellation.

Overall the app experience is good. But need some additional features mentioned below. 1. Coach position also included for the searched trains. Currently we are checking some third party application and once train reaches the station, the coach position is completely different. It create difficulties, especially when travelling with family with luggages. 2. Search option need to be included in cancelled and diverted trains Hope these options also included in latest releases.

Horrible experience. NTES used to be one of the primary apps in both my Android and Windows devices. But now, this has become one of the worst apps ever. After integration of ads, the experience is terrible. The new UI is extremely bad and not user friendly. Recently, gives error in every operation, no trains are found, where other apps working fine.

In the first page of the app, in "trains between stations" options when i enter ghe two station names and click "get trains" button, the app suddenly closes. Please rectify the glitch

It is better If coach position of each train is included. The real time platform details may also be provided to all trains ,which is not furnished for certain trains. For eg:- The platform details of train number 16606 at Kannur is not provided

Worst experience, whenever I am trying to get train time table from train between station it stopped working. Useless service at required time it stops working and not showing any time table.

Even though I move occassionally, I prefer to travel locally and catch metro at that time this app is very useful to ascertain while on move.
