I was able to connect with wifi by disabling mobile data on my Note 9, as another reviewer suggested. Until I did that, nothing worked. Once connected I was able to enable data once again and all is well.
For those having trouble connecting the camera and phone. Go to camera settings, select Wi-Fi and then, search camera on your smartphone on the Wi-Fi section. It's easy and you don't have to charge the camera in full. Mine it's working fine!!
Unbelievably clunky app. Very difficult to connect to mobile phone (via wifi) to operate. Slow downloading pictures from camera. Virtually no instructions. Save your money and buy a GoPro.
infuriating. couldnt get the app to work. camera is function correctly but this app is dire. I read the reviews and followed the instructions from various reviewers. still nothing. tried from scratch next day. lo and behold worked fine. went to use again and back to square one. devs really need to address thus problem asap please.
Trash. Absolute rubbish, my mother bought this camera for my father and I have been landed with trying to get it to work. No chance of this happening with such a poor quality app which does not allow the camera and phone to pair.

App won"t update camera. No support for camera. No company to call for help with camera.

If you choose NTK app in camera, then use login listed it works.
Easy to use
There has to be an alternative to this app. It's shocking.
I got it to work on Wifi as follows: 1) Fully charge battery (takes approx 2 to 3hrs) NB it does not have full charge on arrival. 2) Two flashing red LEDs to left of rear viewing screen indicate charging. Same continuous red LEDs indicate charged. 3) Turn on camera press up button once after about 10 secs SSID and Password info appears. Make a note of this info. 4) Now dwld NTK Com 2.0 app for your type of phone (Android or iOS). 5) Next go to Wifi settings in your smartphone and look in connections for camera SSID. Connect phone to camera. 6) Next open app and connect to camera feed. Should work fine now ☺☺☺
I had some issues syncing the Bitmore cam but don't think this app was main reason. The camera wifi setting is off by default and when I realised that (Camera instructions were lacking detail) and activated, the camera appeared in my Wi-Fi list, once selected it connected and my phone became the viewer for the Bitmore.
BAD,BAD PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER APP. ALL APPS BY CHENGLI IS NOT WORKIN CORRECTLY. I TRYED 2 DIFFERENT PHONES
Miraculously got it to work 1 time. Now can't get it to sync again. Using Pixel XL, going to try older phone. Needs to be fixed.
Absolute garbage. 95% of the time it refused to connect to the camera. Only bought this camera because it supposedly works over WiFi.
For anybody struggling to connect camera to your device try turning off mobile data. That's what I've done and it works every time now just disable mobile data before opening the app. Hope this helps
I can connect my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 with the camera straight away. All the photos show on my Tablet immediately. Very easy for me. So I give you 5 stars.
I installed this before reading the permissions closely. Seems dodgy at best. And the privacy policy doesn't translate on my phone. I now have no idea what I agreed to. Feeling foolish.
Having read a lot of bad reviews about this app I was highly sceptical about installing it but I had bought the Volkano action cam and this was the only app available to operate the cam via wi-fi. I innitially struggled to install the app on my Note 10+ but after clearing the cache in the playstore app it installed OK. Although I was warned that it was designed for an older android version and might not perform satisfactory it opened up fine and I have beeen able to connect without problems.
