ntouch® Mobile

This is one of my favorites, the best of communications, if that made my life easier to communicate to anyone, who can talk, type back, without a misunderstandings, Interpect wrong words? I am tired of repeatedly, mistakes, getting into trouble! This'll be a good idea to have to, at least, it's worth a try, lol!

It only works through wifi. That's the worse part. I needed to call someone without using wifi in case of a emergency. When calling without wifi it freezes and doesn't even work. I can see the interpreter fine but they cannot see me based without wifi. When using DUO, we had no problems. But with using ntouch isn't good to use for emergency purposes without wifi. Please fix it!!! Given a star rate. 2.5.

In the past before all those unnecessary updated app, I could always use VCO on this app until several updated app later, I now have to turn on the microphone manually. And during the VCO call, (about 5 minutes into the call) the microphone for this app quit working. In the past, I had set up VCO and it always automatically by itself. Now it doesn't. I hate it. Bring back the original configuration for VCO of this app...

Since the Oct 2019 upgrade, the app is working worse than before. Microphone rendered useless. Phone mic was interfered and no longer works. Microphone switch must be turned on manually at every call. Takes longer for phone to ring and when answered, caller has long since hung up. Incoming calls not shown on front screen as requested. Please fix or go back to old program

Doesn't work. Just opens, goes back to sign on and then nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing.

It used to be great for a while way back. Now for few years it doesn't always ring. Had tech support many times. It worked only when tech tested it but other than tech, it doesn't always work. I often missed the calls!!

The Sörenson Tech Services has great occupied to help all issues solves what I have had learned that came from the Zvrs / Purple Corporate in which the providers may sneak to take your original Sorenson videophone numbers away that means you got switched to the other providers than your original Sörenson products may lose . It's illegally without your authority is given permission FIRST.. Every one should questions to ZVRS / Purple3 what to do serve your need any service before confirming !

i expect this to be easy and smooth app but there are alot of an isssues as freezing, disconnecting while making a call, talking with third party, black screen while interpeters can't see me, too much slow motion freezing on the screen if even full four bars and few problem inside app when it s uninstall and reinstall when technically support said it should be nothing s wrong. i appreciate this if engineering support can fix an issues..

You really need to fix this app because it kept crashing EVERY time I try to call and I am NOT getting any calls notification like flashing light to let me know when someone calls me. Or calls one ring hangs up... this is my only the ONLY phone I need to use. Please fix it or I will uninstall it and go to different provider. I am really tired of this crashing problems even it pops up says the ntouch is not working. I had to force stop it in order to work. Now please consider to fix this app. I am totally frustrating right now.

It doesn't ring or notify me someone calling, most calls go straight to video mail. I get notification at time only when I open the app. When making VCO calls I cant use my headphone,it plays sound through the actual speaker ,not headphones so there's no privacy to my calls.Also I have a steady 1 as for notification but when I open the app theres no notification.

This is pretty working and easy to communicate with Deaf and Hard of hearing people and value community benefits by notuch more accessibility our technology improvement. This is need more development to change this accessibility because sometime appear to different the barrier our Deaf community must impact and more accomplishment to benefit for Deaf and Hard of Hearing make sure all equal of accessibility to important in the future than this. l hope this is accomplishment the new accessibility.

I'm struggling with the ntouch vp in my cell phone and trying to call them and it won't work out. Because the connection is lost. I did download this app. The call failed and I can't call them. I need help with it.

I love it!! CuZ it really easy for me to use it anywhere!

My phone have no issue. My mobile data is fine. But still cant get ANY of incoming calls at all. And im expecting few VERY important calls. This app is unreliable.

I'm very very upset and very tired of waiting for interpreter to answer my vp many times and it was an emergency , I need interpreter answer ASAP . Shame on interpreter .

Omg! why did Sorenson Tech made increased video quality from standard to 4k or HD?! you need to stop making new video quality that cause poor video chat quality! KEEP LOW VIDEO QUALITY FOREVER!!! This new app is very terrible! An interpreter didn't see me very clear. fix it ASAP!

My ntouch has problem trouble not work to call anyone but show say "you are still logged in and please try again later" why ntouch has problem trouble devices androids. I was talking to Cricket show say my network cellphone doing great good work devices great good work. Why only most point one problem of ntouch VRS androids Please help me fix will help work with Androids devices for ntouch because ntouch VRS state told me say this state has free Deaf support free no cost because I am Deaf ADA.

Signed up done that and it won't open and shutdown it self. Also resetting passwords with CID gave me a four pin password. It's won't open at all. I don't know if it work on my tablet. 🤨

After the latest updates, whoever tried to call me and I answer it. It crashed right away. I'm not able to answer any phone calls on the newest update for ntouch app.

Its great better videophone for deaf communucate to use telephone but one thing my problem is need to try figure it out how to stop freezing up or blur picture even if wifi on they keep disconnect ,very frustrated!!

Ever since I downloaded this app my other apps are lagging and crashing. My phone is slow and nothing is working right. Am uninstalling the app.

Not good as used be. It keep crashing after one min of outgoing call. Incoming calls seem work alright. :/

This app keeps shutting down before I can even make a call. Every single time when I'm in the middle of a call as well. It's very frustrating

Ntouch were TOP the BESTEST smoothly ntouch video ever I had it as long long time since for 11 years already than other Purple 3 Company was very lousy video frozen or blurry bad oftentimes really. Thanks to Sorenson Business Supportative keep continues till whole the years and many moreover
