this app is excellent

What a great initiative by NTC. There are a few quirks , like I can't some numbers, but it's a great service for a frequent traveller like myself. Only suggestion : add text messaging to the services (although it's not a big deal ;)) The major thing -> fix the error that restricts me from calling a large number of Nepalese numbers. Thanks for the initiative NTC!

When userid & pass was received Rs100 was charged instantly for subs.NTpro worked fine.When acc. bal finised, my regular outgoing was barred. Then I recharged ( acc topup).Barring opened & outgoing, sms all working fine, but unable to login in NTPRO. If I sub again rs100 might be deducted.. I just sub it yesterday. It should have worked for a month. I'm sure userid, pass is correct. But, its unable to login. Unreliable travelling abroad.NTC doesnt even debugs those glitches before public release. Learn.

It was working fine but suddenly logged out about three weeks ago and since then can't login to the account. It often used to happen before but the problem used to be solved within few days,this time almost three weeks now and I haven't seen anyone addressing the problem.

I am using this app from its first lunch and updating app always again there is problem in log in many times ..some time voice n sound is not good. I also request to service provider that you should decrease the cost because we are being charged 100 Rupee monthly for nothing and while there is not connection also being changed.till this date don't know exactly how does it cost for per minute??..it would be better if you will reply n inform all in detail.every week i recharge more than 1000 rupees...

One of the major Telecommunication service in Nepal, Introducing new and Giving cool services like SIP calls, app to app call, texts, conference call. We all know every service have it's price. All though tariif seems very displeasing. But rental charge??? You might as well make the app premium boss. Dherai nalutau hola postpaid users haru ni regular manche hun.

excellent app..helped me a lot when i was abroad. but after three month. whenever i receive a call, the caller cant hear my voice though i can hear his voice.. i have to call back to the caller..can anyone tell me wats wrong with it. i have no problem with my phone.

Now it is perfect. I have tried local and SDT calls, it's working very nice. Many thanks NTC.

Excellent app for Nepalese going abroad as well as to make unlimited calls within nepal within NT postpaid numbers. The best part of this is that it has very low latency.

Till 10 days it works fine but now it's shows unregistered account. How to fix it now I am out of country.

Idle to make calls to Nepal from abroad. Save your wallet and keep the money within Nepal. Cannot send instant messaging and miss calls when the called party is offline. Please solve this.

Worked fine once or twice, But later shows message "Account Unregistered" and the worse part is support. What the hell!, No one is there to face any issue regarding this, every one is passing calls from here to there.

There may problem on delivering a message, Shows message sending failed while sending message on given number 1428.

It is saying that Account unregistered!! Plz help me to get out of this problem. Thankyou

Does not work in India; purpose for which I installed! Does not get registered. No NTC sites I found for the solution!

After 20 days working ntpro what's they r doing i don't know

I just had to buy a new postpaid sim unwillingly. Why is partiality done with prepaid sim? I was always using prepaid sim, I would really appreciate if you if this service was implemented in prepaid sim too. Thanks.

service is good to use. BUT Rental of Rs 100 + per minute charge too ? Yo ta atti bhayo, either make rental or decrease the calling cost too. using your SIP service your BTS traffic/bandwidth not used then the calling cost should be cheaper. Rs 6 per minute re for outgoing then what is the difference to call from other voip provider. Incomming to pani paiso re ... Email2SMS features kaile laune ho, NTC ko staff le matra use gari ra ko chan ... yo NT pro service pani NT ko staff dherai outside nepal jana parne bhayara leyako ho not for general public, that was so called for public.

Update: this app no longer available for IOS user! Apple confirmed today that NTpro app has been taken off the App Store ################### Using this app abroad is too cool and great, hope upcoming update will include sms service within the app. Also see if you can integrate USSD feature so I can check balance and or subscribe other services.
