Easy but app keeps stopping
I had much expectations when I downloaded this app. I want to know the list of all driving schools registered to operate in Kenya and their current status, to make informed decisions on which one is best to take my driving lessons. Driving license status verification should be enhanced to include the driving license number, the names and the year it expired or renewed. An updated highway code should be included for begginers to always refresh themselves with the rules of the road.

It is difficult to access anything on this app. It takes too long may be it is because of the number of users. I have been trying to register a vehicle with no success. I can't install the app either.
Good. Need to work on your system. At times it creates inconvenience. Had a bad experience in collecting my smart DL. The DL was out but I couldn't collect due to systems failure. Made three long trips to no avail. Also staff in Nyeri have bad client relation.
It has been a great app but lately it has developed issues and it is directing the user to play store for updating to current app which is unavailable. Kindly correct issue.

It's nice but sometimes iko Stress ya ku hung,
Login in is traumatising for those at age 65 and above. Especially when you are required to key in your identity card number that your data base has incorrectly saved. My ID number is 0986788 on the card but you saved 986788 as my ID.
this app is a waste of money and space. UI is dated looks like it was someone internship project. It is shame considering the potential such an app has to expose TIMS functionality to the hundreds of thousands of users. Lost opportunity
Awesome. Yet some people still complaining about the government. The money you would have used to go to NTSA use it to buy food.
