How It Works:
1) Head over to your desired participating food stall in the hawker centre and place your order.
2) Inform the stall operator that you would like to pay via NTUC Foodfare App.
3) Launch the NTUC Foodfare App and select option to pay securely via Plus!pay Wallet or DBS PayLah!.
4) Scan QR Code to complete payment.

App is useless. Cannot load, kept buffering then go blank altogether. Uninstalled and reinstalled still the same thing. Reflect badly on a national icon like NTUC. Embarrassing.
Downloaded the app and tried following instructions at the stall flyer to get the promo, but still no idea on how to trigger the discount. The app launches PayLah! when I select payment options but does nothing after that. PayLah! doesn't recognize the QR code on the stall flyer either. Pretty disappointing.
Have sufficient money in my plus card but when trying to make payment, it says I have insufficient amount. In the end had to use cash. Fail and waste of time.
no discount. some hawkers does not have this payment, even though the store is specify in the app. cannot login, money stuck. refund pls
App crashes whenever I try to pay with Plus Pay... which also means I"ll never be utilise it and the money is stuck there forever

I have got more than $30 stuck inside my plus card. Unable to use it to make purchases because the system is perpetually down. Even the app doesn't allow me to log in (permanent technical difficulties message) Please offer a refund channel.

App updated recently and it still crashes everytime Plus! pay is tapped, can't get to the camera to scan the QR code. Hopeless app.

Repeated crashes, extremely unstable
I went to Pasir Ris and top up my card with the machine. Thought of it likr thr Kopitiam can help save 10% but ended up disappointed as most of the stalls downstairs said their scanning device not working and only accept cash. I try to transfer the cash back to my POSB account but cannot find the way to do that in the apps. NTUC make a big bang promotion cashless payment but seemd to fail in this aspect. I will stick to Kopitiam as most convenient to save on food at thr moment.
