Feels like NTWRK is going downhill. Seeing more low quality resellers on the platform selling collectables with incredibly high markups. I'm not hitting up this app to be resold to. Add to that an abismal trading card section with shady breakers. Honestly, remove all the card selling completely. Instead of being a quality, curated experience, NTWRK now feels like it'll let anyone sell on the platform. A much more watered down version of the great app that NTWRK used to be.

since my previous review this app has changed alot and not for the better. it was a nice little place to find cool collectibles such as toys, prints etc, but now I see to many roulettes that are outnumbering everything else . Idk who you have pricing these comic books but fire them bc there's no reason Spiderman 238 should be priced at 300 smackers LMAO. Just Trying to fleece the ignorant and pimping out those who want rare Pokemon holos. It's sad tbh I wouldn't recommend this app anymore.

never got my items until i sent 18 emails to creator after being ignored by ntwrk. they give credit but u can only spend $20 max per purchase, barely covers their overpriced shipping.

horrible service. absolute junk. promised ship times, promised limited availability.. all lies! i've waited a month for my items and they still have no idea when it will ship. they advertised a 'limited release' on sale for only 2 days. it's 25 days later and still on sale. they did not honor the agreement, but they sure as hell will stick to their no cancellation policy. complete s hit show of a company. EDIT: I have contacted support. Absolutely no help. They told me no refunds. Nothing else

You can add things to send you a notification to when it goes live, but it doesn't matter because the app will notify you when EVERYTHING goes live. It's horrible getting notifications for things I didn't want multiple times throughout the day. You can't even filter what to get notifications for

You have to submit a request to delete your account. That's Unacceptable! I gave them my phone number, email, address and I almost gave them my credit card number and they want you to submit a request to support to delete the your account. I can't believe it. The rest of the app seems ok, just did a quick browse and quickly could see it's not my thing.

Save your money and time. I ordered an item, no feedback, no item delivered and lack of support. It's already been more than 1 month since I purchased the item and 1 week since I have heard from support. After their usual response of 'we will get back to you Asap' nothing from there. No update on shipment, No proper response from Support and No item received. Do not spend your time and money on this.

I've made a total of 4 orders, the first one got shipped a month later after it was purchased, the second one even though it was "secured" they had to cancel a month later because my order wasn't available or something like that and the last two are the most recent which again... Have been taking a whole month to ship. Essentially it takes forever to ship your stuff

This review is not specifically about the app which is disappointing at times really as of late but the service of the company, orders have been bad lately one was for a shoe I received that was the incorrect size next was a misadvertised mystery box which value was not explained as retail cost but was advertised as value which should pertain to the current market and as of now there's an order that I ordered in November that do not have and I have reached out 4x and have no proper response

I'd give this app 0 Stars if I could. They misled an entire community into buying an exclusive item that was not exclusive. And the app worked so ineptly that I ended up with two separate orders of the same thing just trying to complete one order. the most egregious part of that is because it's not an exclusive as advertised, I ended up paying three times as much to get two things when I only wanted one, for more than regular retail! It's misleading, wonky, trash. Stay away.

only reason I give it 3 stars right now, a lot of the people tax over the price of retail or even resale sometimes. good app though

App gave multiple errors during activation, credit card entry, and shipping address entry. Did not get the notification for the item I requested. Shopping cart was not functioning at the time the item went on sale. On top of all the technical issues they apparently advertised a completely different item than they were selling. That information was released on their twitter account and not in the app. They also overcharged for my item. In app chat room showed 100s of ppl with the same issues.Fail

In the store you don't have a filter button and you don't have a sort button which is very annoying

This app is awful. False advertised a product right up until minutes before the "drop" as an exclusive to get people to sign up, then bait and switch. Also, glitches out during attempted purchases to show that you're not even logged into your profile (the app doesn't work without it). Also deleted my address and cc info during checkout, so it threw errors. Maybe someday they will get it together, but today is not that day. 1/10 Do Not Download.

Application says its saves all your info after inputting it in. Then when you go to purchase. The app forgets all of that info. Very buggy program. Not reliable or dependable as stated in the reviews. The updates doesn't make it better or still allow you to purchase without some sort of stress or struggle. I don't understand why you wouldn't test an application before launching a product and then trying to fix the problem through frustrated customers and having them leave you bad reviews.

TERRIBLE. Downloaded and entered all of my info in advance of an exclusive drop. When the item went live, the app claimed I had no address on file to order to. It wouldn't let me update my info and when I closed it out and reopened it, it no longer recognized my account at all. Terrible experience and a missed opportunity at securing the item in question. I've deleted the app and will NOT be going back.

Application is straight trash. I understand this is a platform to sell hyped things but this needs to be handled better. It crashes when drops happen, then you get stuck in a signin loop with SMS verification, it forgets your saved information, then by the time you get back in the items are sold out. Upgrade your servers/app or do raffles instead, something to make it fair! Didnt have high hopes when it first launched though would like to see it be a viable platform.

Can't even open app, resinstalled half a dozen times. Even when it used to work turnaround was trash on every order.

Cannot sign up with UK mobile number, so please on Samsung 20 FE. Says something went wrong please try later. Tried later still does not work. Tried to send ticket, but cannot even send support ticket. Please assist.

Explain why my packages are only to be shipped in 3-4 weeks of ordering?? I paid for merchandise November 29 and November 30th..where are they coming from?? 3-4 weeks expedited/priority shipping is unacceptable!

Every time I try to sign up, I get a "something went wrong. Try again later" error. Nothing loads so I can't even see what I'm shopping for.

Zero stars, the only reason one is listed is because at least one is required to post a review! Despite setting up all required information days in advance, upon product launch I was prompted to enter information (multiple times) again. By the time everything was finally (evidently) properly entered the item was "sold out". "Exclusive Drops" has less to do with the products, it seems, and more to do with the horrible functionality of the app. DON'T BOTHER!

I hate this app I was waiting to buy something and the app froze so I closed it, and when it closed I had to open it again but that long intro to the app took forever! Then the item sold out! Also what is the point of the drawing entries people should be able to buy something without having to recommend the app to someone else! This is literally the worst app I've ever used plus there's not even a search bar! I'm never using this again!🙄

When trying to set up my account it asked for my email address and it says it could not verify the verification code ???? What does that mean?
