As well as online training packages offered nationally, face to face training is offered in our home town of Windsor, Berkshire either at your home, local park, gym, place of work or our small private PT studio.
1-2-1 and Group Personal Training options are available as well as Circuit & HIIT classes, Pre & Post Natal Mum & Baby Exercise Classes, bespoke nutritional plans and much more.
