NueSynergy Mobile

NueSynergy Mobile provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax-favored benefit accounts. NueSynergy Mobile shares user authentication with the NueSynergy Online Participant Portal, meaning that registered users can merely download the application and log in to immediately gain mobile access to their benefit accounts, with no need to register their mobile phone. NueSynergy Mobile provides the following functionality with its initial release:
• Detailed Account Information
• Account balances and details
• Recent Transactions and Details
• Ability to fund HSA account from checking/savings account
• View all email and SMS alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username /password as NueSynergy Online Participant Portal (no need to register your mobile device, just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger Authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and Challenge)
• Ability to edit billing address *
• Ability to update billing address *
• Ability to report card lost stolen *
• Ability to order replacement card *
• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *
• Ability to pay provider directly from app *
• Ability to add healthcare expenses for future payment
• Ability to view expenses added through eClaims manager

They need to add the option to take multiple photos of receipts for documentation on a single claim through the app. Some bills I need to submit are double-sided, so two or more pictures are needed for a single claim. Otherwise, I'd give it five stars.

This app used to be pretty helpful, but now I can't even log into it. Gives me a certificate validation error. Called support & their only suggestion was to remove & re-install which doesn't fix the problem. It appears that others are having the same issue as well based on recent reviews. Wonder how long it will take them to fix this one? Pretty sure the certificate error is tied into the app & not an issue with the date & time on any user's phone.

I used to love this app The old app was pretty great. It told me what I needed to know quickly and efficiently so that I could easily manage my FSA acct. The new app has problems: POOR ACCESSIBILITY: The new app starts with a transparent login button on an image that makes it almost impossible to see. PRIVACY: The new app wants me to provide NueSynergy with protected medical information so that I can use it for one-stop medical shopping for doctors or prescriptions. MYOB, NueSynergy.

This app is awful, you can't add receipts it shuts down. The clarity of what has been paid and whats pending is non existent. Oh and when you try to add a prior year expense, because it's only February and it's for December 2020..... good luck it defaults to December 2021...... this makes no sense! Use another company or go old school in 2021 because their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Never get a response. My claims for payment to the dentist was denied, sent multiple emails with proof of itemized billing and not a single email back until they tell me it's been too long and demand reimbursement. Let me tell you, there are so many things I can buy at the DENTIST that wouldn't be covered. I can't wait until open enrollment to drop this coverage. So not worth the hassle.

It worked fine up until about a month ago. Now I get an error message and I cant log in. Now it takes even longer to file claims. This app is truly usless.

Has never worked smoothly and now I cant even log on to my account. Get an error message saying "cannot validate certificate". Definitely way worse than the old HSA provider my used.

Log in is glitchy but using a password app is my only way to keeps me sane from this pesty glitchy. Current year funds still missing so having to self pay and needing another non app way to submit claim receipts. How long does it take to reflect new year info?

Use it all the time. BUT... I can't take a pic and attach it in one process. It gives me a 'sorry, feature not available at this time's error. I then have to go to gallery and attach it manually. I was able to do it when I first installed app at beginning of year, but only a few times then this error began.

Only ONE chance to log in correctly and no one available after hrs to get you logged back in! Also no way to change your password on the app.
