I really wanted to give this app a higher score. But it is NOT user friendly. It's hard to navigate the pages and find/do what you want. There's a lot of guessing and hoping. The "sign in" button is tiny and placed near the bottom. The "live" button is in an inconvenient place. Customer service seems under staffed too. I could say more but you get the idea.. Its quite aggravating. Sorry 2 stars is the best I can currently give

Couldn't even sign up, what a joke. Tried twice, first using Google, and then manually with a different email address. The screen just froze after hitting the sign up button. I waited a good 10-15 minutes on both attempts but nothing happened.

Nugs makes you auto renew and does not allow you to change this. Terrible design to keep you auto renewing. they place the blame on the play store for their own greed. Content is great, but mostly available anywhere online for free. Would keep if they did video for most/all live performances free without an added charge.

I absolutely love this app for the content, but the app itself is super glitchy. It doesn't seem to remember what song you were listening to when switching between devices and it just starts the whole show over. Kind of annoying for something that should be easy to fix.

App has to be closed and restarted all the time. This happens when I am using it and it's connected to my car, then I shut my car off to say, go into the gas station. I come back and the screen is half blank and nothing happens when I hit play. So I have to close it and reopen to use it.

overall ok, buy i have go into goggle play daily to re-open the app??? (its still downloaded to device i just got to go to goggle play to reopen).....well they gave me a few tips to fix that minor issue. But if you are listening to a show it would be nice to have the setlist,..umm listed (just nitpicking now) increased from 3 to 4 stars. Also gotta thank you folks for that big sale and great to see it wasnt just some 24 hr BS

Incredibly buggy, poor UI, no android auto support. Unfortunately, this is the platform which a majority of artists choose to release their live music, so it's a take it or leave it situation. Edited to reflect reply: To fix all encountered issues, support requires a full wipe of app data followed by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Inconvenient method for someone with a lot of off-line music. Android Auto support will never come, extremely lacking for a media app in 2022.

Update: my phone has a built in equalizer so I lucked out. Not all phones have that capability. Thanks for the app it's one of my favorites. Customer service helped me out once too. You all rock. Old Review: All it needs now is an equalizer to fine tune audio to your own headset. Great value when you consider a concert price.

Fine for buying and downloading, streaming is awful. Have yet to hear something that wasn't glitched for buffering yet. On WiFi and 5G. Glad to have the access to download, but if you can't stream to work it's not worth the subscription money.

For the most part, I love this app. I love having access to a bunch of soundboards you can't find elsewhere. With that said.. Can anyone explain to me why every few minutes the music stops and the app indicates that my phone is offline?? Doesn't matter if I'm using data or internet. Happens every time. Are there ways to troubleshoot this? Thanks!!

Great content but the interface, search, and features aren't great. Going for updates but will still pay (at the holidays)

Nice range of live audio and concert video you can't get anywhere else. Tech suport was great when I needed setup help. I DO want more subscriber benefits (perks like bonu free live exclusives & real $ discounts-most seem tiny). I was expecting more value bc subscription wording is rosy re: what you get. It's def not full access. Probably should let prospects browse the current subscriber choices to see true value. I'm good w/ my purchase but imo the current subscription pitch isnt clear enough.

The music they host is awesome but the user experience is not great. The app frequently forgets what show I have been listening to when I stop using the app-lose connection-start using the app again. Show navigation within an artist's catalog could be better

Content is awesome but the pricing is a bit much when you consider how much you would be listening to it along with other paid subscription service companies

I absolutely love the access to recent live shows. That's so awesome and impressive to have access to such musical gems just played within a week or so ago.

Love nugs, just wish the yearly hifi subscription would go sale once in a while like the premium did for $50. Once you go FLAC, you just can't return to mp3.

Don't even download this.. I cannot now find how to cancel my subscription, done through their website. It redirects me to the app and there is no option to cancel.

I downloaded for DMB. It was an offer for $50 for a year subscription. Then when I went to sign up it was gone and went from $50 to $120+ for the year. Literally doubled it, plus some. I got 30 days for free ATM so I'm gonna give it a shot but that was pretty slick to get my attention like that then gone.

Great catalog of pretty bad. They would benefit by hiring any seventh grader with coding skills to fix it for them.

Not worth the $130/year they state up front but for the $30 special I got it's pretty good, sound quality is always there. More shows on archive.web by a mile, though.

I cannot see any cancel subscription options kindly help me to cancel the subscription as it is being unnecessarily charging money
