Continuously crashes my son's tablet. I have tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling, hard reset, closing all other apps, it doesn't matter. I even bought 2 new tablets because I thought it was the tablet, hardware problem, but it still crashed the new ones. I even tried only having the Dave and Ava games, and it still crashed it.
I can't found the "tracing numbers" - option in this game! My nephew love the Dave&Ava Letters app specifically the draw the letters option - in this app is no option so far to "draw the numbers". It was Very disappointing to see my nephew face when we figured out it's not what been shown in the ad. Please check it out fox it or change the ad where u clearly show for children the numbers can be drawn - trace with fingers. Till then 1star only. L
Faulty app. I made the in app purchase to unlock the rest of the alphabets for my kid, but it did not get unlocked. It still keeps asking me for payment to open the letters. Also, there is a restore button to restore in app purchases on the info screen. That don't sem to work at all. Very much annoyed..
So much promise but fails to address the fact that younger kids will keep clicking on home and next and never complete the number or alphabet. To skip it should be programmed like a double tap or long press etc. Frustrating
I bought this game for my son, but it always crashing. I have sent a lot of report to help you, with lot of information. I updated now, because small bug fixes were available. Still crashing :( After 2 numbers my son have to restart the app.
Instead of putting the price in the store, they make you download it before telling you that it's completely inaccessible unless you pay for it. Super annoying.
I have already purchased two games from the Dave and Ava series but when I tried downloading them again i can't use all numbers or letters. I'm very disappointed about this...and yes I'm using the same account that I bought them. problem: just bought it on android 7, works fine, then installed it on 2nd device android 4.4 from same account(this one) but digits after 3 are closed :( when i try to unlock message appears: "error you have already purchased it". but i cannot use it! please fix error asap! with ABC app same procedure was successfull
i cannot access all letters even after payment. i have made the payment, but the letters are not unlocked. as suggested in comments, i have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same account, yet no result. pls assist
app is not updating _ error msg indicates it cannot locate the files too be downloaded. purchased 4 d&a apps, 1 works. i've explored all fixes and updated, i would like a refund
UPDATE: Touched an unlocked number and it brought up the "Purchase" screen. I was able to purchase without the previously mentioned "Restore In App Purchase" error. The ABC app is wonderful but unable to purchase the numbers app. Was able to download the game but only 1-3 is available for use. Keeps asking me to "Restore In App Purchase". A pity because my grandson enjoys the Dave & Ava alphabet game.
Bought the apps and my son loves it but they won't allow him to play the full game. It has a restore button but it doesn't work... Very pissed off Mother And I am using the same account I used to purchase the game
Could be better, daughter hits next button when swiping. Had to buy on multiple devices for my LO, because they do not allow multi device installs. What jerks. I would avoid their app if you use more than one device for a single child.
Only having 3 numbers to play with is absurd. This is entirely just a demo. You have to buy the rest of the game for like $2.99 if you want your kid to play all the numbers.
Downloaded the app and you can only use 1,2,and 3 every time I try to unlock the rest of the numbers it isn't working and it's sad because my daughter really likes the app. Can I get some help please.
i thought there were going to be offline videos but i was disappointed to find that i still needed internet to access the videos. besides that the app is okay.
you guys need to fix this application I can't even download it! Kinda disappointing as I really enjoy your ABC app for my 5 year old who is Autistic and it's helped him a lot!
I have installed this game twice now & paid to download the rest of the numbers..both the times it prompts the message asking permission to download additional number of mbs required but the download never starts. I have wasted by money & time on this!
It is unnecessary that I have to pay money for my child to be able to use this app when part time workers are getting fired like me instead of wasting money on this app even though it is educational I can use the money I have to pay to buy resources for my family. The is evan laggy.😒😕😷
Well its lacking alot. you could have put together your letters, numbers and vedeos in one app. Was thinking of purchasing app but then i read the reviews and now im hesitating. Fix it first please!
I paid for this app, and we can only get up to 3, I'm hoping there is something wrong because only 3 numbers working is quite expensive for $3.99.
Purched when i had an iphone now that i am using an android it wont let me restore the app it wants me to purchase it again. This should be addressed! Its not any good if you have to keep buying it

I've paid for the continuation of numbers 4 to 20 for my child but it didn't work, and I've been deducted twice of the amount that I am supposed to pay. Why??????
My 2 year old loves this game but it freezes up when trying to color it in. I paid for it so he can play the full version without ads and I'm disappointed about the lag when coloring in the picture as he gets frustrated with it. Can it be fixed please. I know it's not his tablet because it's brand new and has a fast processor with a ton of memory on it. None of his other games do that. I'll give 5 stars when it gets corrected.
