Frequently, changes that I make to Bill Pay in the app aren't saved. I know it's not user error and yes I've tried rebooting. From the Scheduled Payments menu, I clicked on the bill to change, scrolled down past allllllll the scheduled payments and clicked Edit Automatic Payment (don't even get me started at how NOT USER FRIENDLY and COUNTERINTUITIVE this process is.). I updated the payment then hit save. After a few seconds the same edit screen is displayed and shows the old payment amount.
When it works, its great. The biggest issue i have is that i have to constantly uninstall the app and re-install it a good 60% of the time in order to log on. I type my password correctly, but it says its wrong. Once I re-install the app, I can log in just fine. Its a minor thing but its very fustrating when I just want to veiw my account.
This app is extremely useful and has an abundance of features that aren't normally found on other Credit Unions apps. I especially like how easy it is to setup an external transfer without having to use the desktop site and how detailed the information per transaction and per account is. 100% satisfied!
Can't find a way to get more than one checking account listed on the page. I have both a personal checking account and a joint account for household use. Only the personal account is displayed. Apparently I would need to have two separate apps to accomplish this. It's still easier than trying to get the information to over the phone, a rather Byzantine task.
I figured they'd implement this over the years, but it's still very much an iOS app on android. Android has a dedicated back button for a reason and the developers have never allowed it's use. You have to use the upper left corner to return to the previous screen.
Very easy to use. And always given very advanced notice when doing updates. Mobile deposit is great as well. Being able to see all my Numerica accounts in 1 app on the go is fantastic. Keep up the good work.
I really like the app but one suggestion would be to add where I can find the requirements and which are met for sequel checking interest without having to sign into the website or the interest rate breakdown for the bonus saver account. Those would be very helpful for me. Thanks.
Worst app experience I've ever had. The old app was perfect. It worked lol. This doesn't! I'm going to hope for a fix or I'll be moving to another bank because I need features they do not now have like mobile check deposit.
Works great, it does and shows what I want however with slower WiFi speeds it does send me back to the home page before I can finish typing my password. It's a small inconvenience but not that big of a deal.
Easy peasy, user-friendly banking! I'd like to see a note or memo spot on mobile deposit & payment portions that shows up after the fact so I can keep records of what deposit/payment was for. Currently, it always states "phone bill".
Numerica's credit card rates aren't what they used to be and that really disappoints me. I was so impressed when I could brag about a 5.25% credit card! Now it's around 8% and that's still good. They're still better than everything else I know of out there. Numerica is pretty awesome overall.
Everything was great. However, anytime I click on anything other than "balance" a "Content Not Found!" Message appears. I waited over a month and there are still no available updates. Very disappointing.
This new update is cofusing and a complete mess. It was so simple and easy to use before... Would have been better id they just added a few things to the old system instead of completely changing it into the mess it is now.
What in the actual faux pas is going on with this craptacular app now? Someone in IT needs to either get fired, demoted, or at very least written up for this epic failure. Can't log in for anything. I'm ready to go in & close all accts out just to bank elsewhere over this issue. If other members followed suit over this then Numerica would get the app back to when it wasn't broken & fubared.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I got my information stolen and someone has been using my account and my money. However Numerica has made ZERO effort at all to help me. I have called and messaged multiple times by email and through this app and still no response. Definitely going to change banks when I get the chance. Nobody deserves to have customer service as bad as this.
Never had a problem before. Tried to make an external transfer for my car payment and I have to have a valid amount "under 0.00" but I put 0.00 just to see and it just comes out invalid. Dont know what wrong. Checked for an update. Still nothing..
I like the app. There is just a couple of things I would like to see one is a negative symbol in balance to show money has been taken out it is very confusing. And also a way to see my routing and checking account number when I log in.
App shows dollar amount of account but doesn't show positive or negative balance. Overdrawn and 8 $30 overdraft charges later...i think it's time for a new bank. If the app is your only way to view your account be wary!
Why would it require disabling the ability to log in to the ENTIRE website and require brand new credentials, just because of changing to a new mobile app??!? Makes no sense. And there was NO NOTICE given prior to the change. It took me Forever to finally figure it out, after trying to fix on the main website and only getting errors that my credentials were wrong. It said NOTHING about requiring you to DL the new app in order to access *the main website* 👎👎
Secure and very easy to navigate. I also like that, without detail, I can check my balances without logging in. What else would you expect from an awesome credit union like Numerica.
This app does not do what it says and can not be trusted. Had I known this app and their online banking was so glitchy and unreliable, we wouldn't have used Numerica. Because in 2019 the online reliability of a banking institution really IS that important. Think carefully before choosing this. **Update 5/29/20 Still does not work. It doesn't process external transfers...STILL Sadly this app doesn't do what it says and it can not be trusted.
This is an absolute mess. Is this some hacking scam or are you really so screwed up that you obviously don't know how to make an app. It's a mess. I can't get logged in because it keeps telling me it can't verify that I am me. And on your supposed secure banking app it is going to run commercials? How in appropriate. I am very displeased. Your app is a trainwreck.
Best financial institution i've personally ever had. App is just a continuation of that. They do a great job of letting you bank however you want. Want to speak to a helpful teller? They do that. Want to do everything from your phone? They do that.
The app has made several improvements since I first got it and it's not bad at all but for whatever reason I just can't seem to transfer funds to other members! I am not sure if it's because I'm typing in the member number incorrectly? Either way 5 stars once it gets fixed/ if I figure it out.
The app is nice and simple. Clearly able to see your available balance. Shows if you have pending transactions that haven't posted yet. Nice and simple
App frequently asks me to rate it when I'm trying to quickly check my balance (usually in a checkout line) then crashes on the "rate this app" screen. Also, finding my full account number is not intuitive.
The app is ok but is CONSTANTLY glitching. Cant ever use the mobile deposit option and most of the time it boots me off for no reason. It shows me my account balance but thats basically all its good for.
Great app, would like to see more options for viewing deposits or expenses only. Also they used to say what else you needed to qualify for account interest.
Holy heck that was to hard to get into the new app, need a new username and password is rediculous. Had to try it like 10 times with the new username for it to send me the verification code to my phone and it didn't even send me to the page to put the code in, it sent me to the regular login page. The verification code isn't a temp password- gotcha. Finally sent me to the right page after I put my username and password in a few times. The new app is going to take a bit to get used to. Dislike 👎
Mostly ok. Last time I did a mobile deposit, the photo of the check looked squished up to sort of fit the window.... Won't let you set up automatic bill pay, had to do it online. App only shows the payment if you click on scheduled payments, NOT by clicking on the shown Payee name! Click on that, and it has an area to "set up" automatic payments. This sucks. Everything else seems to work but this app is just "OK". 9/17/21. Confusing, hard to use, like playing a "find the hidden ..." game.
