I thought I was harsh giving this a bad review, my previous issues seemed to be due to not topping up. Having topped up, which took some time to go through (had to clarify with support) I still can't send texts. I would contact support in the app, but they appear to limit the number of times you can contact them per day to 1! Shows how buggy this app is! Wasted too much time trying to get it to work!
I tried to use about 5 different platforms to international order number all to generate no avail. The process Was So cumbersome and difficulty to understand. Infact Actually none of them worked. Somehow i came across Numero and to my surprise i was reliable to configure and setup everything in less than 3 minutes. The user interface is straightforward, friendly to use and straight forward. Thier media unites est fantastic. thank you so much

One of the best thing I like about this app is that you can forward your call to you local sim when you are offline. 247 client service. You are the best always and forever!!!
I am extremely pleased with this app and their customer support. They are always accessible whenever I have any concerns, and they always handle clients with high importance, so I prefer this to anyone who wants to use any secondary or primary numbers without fuss. Keep up the good work.
This is the best app so far! I have used paid apps like this but this is the best and cheapest. I would recommend this to everybody. I am so happy I can call to USA now with 500 minutes for $5 only 😊 & the customer support were very active. I love their support for the customers having problems with the app. I really appreciated it very much.

Numero! Guys if you really want a second line with a super customer service, then this is the app! It's amazing to get in touch with them timely for a help. You know what guys? You can as well have your second line through ads reviewing. Yes your not limited to purchasing only. And there othe more ways you can follow to have your line. I am glad to have my second number from Numero! Have yours now and experience the true number! Enjoy!
Excelent Customer Service. I had issues in registering Whatsapp. 3 of the Numbers got banned. But even then the Customer Services replaced the numbers. They issued me 4 Numbers to get it resolved. Excellent Services. 110% Recommended. Their Customer Service timely response and troubleshooting. Helping the customers 24/7 is just awesome. I have never ever seen such a wonderful customers service support. It is the best E Sim service provider one can ever have. Wonderful Experience ❤
I'm satisfied with the user interface and experience everything is well done.but more improvements will be made in the future.only issue I had was with the coins section it just stop working by itself fix that there's a bug within that section of the app it doesn't operate too well and also social media calls tends to hang up by it self also sometimes but still a very good app I'm satisfied with the work great job.
Why does buying credit take hours? Refund me please. These bloody developers can WhatsApp me before the money makes the account though, if you leave a bad review. And then three of them in twelve hours can contact you. Including multiple phone calls at 3am. If they just admitted that the fine print is a terrible place to state a *2 hour delay* and offered a refund I would have deleted this review after receiving a refund. It is now staying up.
So far it has worked wonderfully from the get go. I am able to receive all SMS's voice calls and Whatsapp messages/calls. I had a concern when I installed the app, I raised the ticket online and received feedback from support within hours. Perfect.....
Alright, I should have edited my review before now, and for that I apologize. After using Numero for 3 months I've concluded that it's the best option for an eSIM app. Yes, I'm admitting that I was wrong. The problems that I had were almost all immediately addressed by their (kind of aggressive - but I a good way) support. I don't do the free options, but the cost is *extremely* cheap and it does work for Signal, Telegram, and what have you. Kudos to the developers, great app and great support!
Rates are a bit steep, but that's from the telecom companies I would imagine. if your looking to use the app you probably have your own reason, I'm just here to say it works. What I wanted was a app I could use to download a esim on too aswell. Can't find that so far, so yeah I live in arabville Lebanon and purchased a Californian number. Got calls on it and used Whatsapp. Legit!
I'm very happy to used numero 2nd number I think this is the best app I have ever come across. Their support center is very reliable . when I have issue with my number it's was resolve quickly. And their subscription is very affordable

I am extremely pleased with this app. Today I faced an issue when I was trying to register for WhatsApp again. I contacted their customer service and they were very helpful to me. They are accessible when I have any concerns. That is why I am giving it 5 stars. If you are looking for a second virtual line, this app is the best.
good app but not user friendly. many survey does not work to earn coins. few days gap and u will loose all earned coins. now a days app doesn't work on WiFi. only on data it will work altogether lot of rough road and weather to use this app. to sum up- you can earn coins and free number but at the heavy cost of nasty and frustration process. best luck for both numero and users
Very excellent app, offers are very good the template is excellent and most especially doesn't hang. They are quick to respond to complaints really love this app... its a savior for me and my business .
eSIM term is misleading in the name, phone numbers are not real eSIM numbers, but VoIP numbers, that do not work with many applications (e.g. for bank authorization). The support team isn't helpful: I was trying to get a refund, but not successful yet.
What a great experience so far with this app Their price is really good if you choose a year subscription. Service works great for both phone calls and sms. Most importantly - their customer service is above and beyond any cs I have came across on google app store. They fixed issues and went above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. Highly recommend.
I's lovin everythin bout Numero 'til after d month of March, when their promo ended. It's harder 2 earn coins now & most of the numbers I acquired's already been banned from use 4 WhatsApp. Can't receive calls/SMS 4 some numbers either. I'd've given Numero a 5-star rating but for d issues I stated above. Apart from those inconveniences, d app's worth it's weight in gold. Kudos 2 d developers 4 a great job so far but try & resolve those flaws I pointed out & I sure'd come back 2 complete d stars.
Amazing experience and just a matter of following stipulated instructions. It's works and perfectly packaged to suit everyone. Highly recommend this app for those always on the go.
I got the app a few days ago, and I am really looking forward to using it. I've heard a lot of good stuff about it, I just wish there were faster ways to earn free coins. The surveys and games rarely ever work; I would like to try the free option before paying for it.
Excellent service , effient n functional. I have tried various virtual sim or second no apps. Have never really been satisfied. I was impressed with Numero , their turn round for support is amazingly quick. And there is no doubt that they want to make sure you get what you were looking for in an app like Numero. Very few esim or second no apps can be successfully used for whatsapp. Numero is definately the exception. Worked like a charm. Only wish it was not so expensive.

Firstly, I must commend the effort of the customer service support - Top-notch - I must say. Patient enough to help me through when whatsapp mistakenly banned my account, they replaced my number with a different number. I sent whatsapp support a message and they investigated that the ban was inappropriate so they unbanned my number. I reported back to Numero support and they gave me a chance to repurchase my old number. Thank you to everyone that worked with me, I wish the stars were up to 7!

At first I bought a number from this app after a lot of previous purchases from different other apps and the number I bought here on numero and it was actually banned and then I contacted the customer service and turned out it's really cool they will respond in a few hours and they were very helpful with me and they actually fixed the problem right away very great service and totally worth
They deserve 10 stars actually not 5, 1.good numbers and cheap sevice. 2.didn't leave without solving all problems. Was facing problem on register to WhatsApp , the app refuse my number for sending verification number, they did their best from 1st complain in hrs they began to solve my problem and didn't stop till fixed same day and less than5 hrs. They are really expert team
A LOT OF BUGS. It worked for a few days but then stopped receiving calls. I missed quite a lot of important calls as a result. The dialpad doesn't work during the calls. When you call a bank or an office, you can't select the prompted options to select the right department you want to get routed to. Had issues with VM too, which were resolved by Numero team. The only good thing so far is customer service. They are very responsive. But the app needs a lot of work to become a "second phone".
