+ Handy that you can start using it immediately with a credit card - The is no distinction between 2 spots on a station, in the app you need to tap which one you want to use. It's not clear which one is which one, so you might end up starting/stopping and starting the other one. - A station close-by didn't appear the first 1/2 days, while it has been there for a long time and it's a Vattenfall station. - Nor in app/nor in web portel: No overview of all the sessions WITH their costs. Web portal does it per month only, app gives a list, but both NO costs. This data you have available of course. I'm quite sure I'm not the only one that wants to know what electric/hybrid driving does compared to fossil fuel. I use the keychain now to start/stop now, but I still use the app to see if my regular station is free. And I'd like to use it to get an overview (COSTS).
Embarrassingly poor quality, critical features do not work. Once charging is started from the app, there is no way to stop it, leaving you connected to the pole and anxiously waiting for remote support to do something about it so that you can go on with your business. This is completely unacceptable. On top of this the availability of charging ports is not accurate.
Charging doesn't start. Authorizes my credit card and then tells me to plug in cables, which I already did or tried to do. Messing around for an hour but can't get it to work. Also the app mixes up both charging points so I have to enter the cable ID of the wrong side for the app to start charging process.
The available spot is totally not updated and after filling my credit card, when I plug to the connector, the app doesn't recognize it. So impossible to charge my car! Spent 30min for nothing!
Stuck on a charger and cannot stop the session or release the cable. Calling the company for help who will get to it whenever. Good idea but poorly executed and definitely not ready for primetime.
No charge card needed until you want to leave. Then it locks up the machine and you'll be calling with customer service for an hour. Not recommended if you actually want to leave somewhere at some point
The app fail to show available spots. And does not recognize actual charging sessions leaving you attached to te pole.
App charges double for every session and only refunds months later. Gets expensive when using daily.. Please refund quicker, or better not charge me twice for the same session
Straightforward. Simple interface. Works best on Vattenfall chargers.
Good app, but directions to charge point no longer working.

Easy to use
Any easy and clear interface but Im not sure where they get the data from (or not) but I know that there are 4 laadpunten from Ballast Nedam near us that are not on the map. Thus I'm sure there are loads more places out there that aren't on this map either. And thus, yet again, an electric car user needs 4 or 5 apps to get the total overview. As such its pretty useless then. Lets hope they get it right soon.
The app didn't show my charging session so my charging cable got stuck, I couldn't get it out of the charger. After 1 hour of contact with the support the issue was resolved, not a good experience on the first day of our brand new EV.
