I had the same problem as another reviewer in that I paid for premium content but did not get it. I tried to contact the company but I did not receive a response. I turns out that they did respond about an hour later but I did not get it for some reason. I was able to connect with the company on a Sunday, through Facebook Messenger. Three separate people contacted me on a Sunday! We were able to fix the issue and I am very please with the result and especially the customer service.
Ordered full version after long debate. Still getting same 10 questions. I have sent an email to support, but haven't received a reply. I think this program will be great once my purchase is fulfilled...will wailt and see
I was very disappointed when I first downloaded & purchased the questions, I kept getting the same 10 questions over & over. After my initial review of hate it, I was quickly contacted and provided the solution, it is working great now! Thank you Mike for your assistance!
I purchase the in app questions, am still getting the the first 10 questions over and over. I send two emails, no response.
