None of the questions will show the answers to choose from. The other aspects of the app work like the flashcards. I've updated and subscribed, and no change in the answer choices showing up, continues to only show the question.
I used to love this app but im thinking in switching to a different one, it seems they keep raising the price of this app every single month, first it was 9.99 plus tax, last month went up by 19.99, and now is 29.99, this is ridiculous, I dont think the developers of this app care about students even when the country is going through hardship times because Covid19, I rather keep using My Best Grade website. Is cheaper plus it has more questions.
I explored the app and it really is great especially the helpful situational questions that can be encountered in real life. However I have concerns regarding my membership, I emailed you already and I do hope you will respond as soon as possible. Trust me, I would really love to give you 5 stars, but this is my only problem and it's a big deal for me because this is my first time purchasing something from an app and it's part of my security as well.
I had a billing issue and within a few hours I received a phone call from their customer service dept and they resolved my issue right away. They were incredibly nice. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
I am searching a app to medical professionals and nursing lectures and I found this app to nice rating and nice reviews and as well as nice MB 😉 and I am read abt all basic things ... And all anatomy and physiology and MCQ Questions are very useful to medical and nursing exams.... So I recommended you to download this app... I am giving 4 stars.. 1 star is cut to take time to bufferring🙄
After I upgraded it to Go Pro, I still cannot access to some of practice tests and mock tests etc. This is a rip off. I demanded a refund and never heard back from them.
It has a lot of informations! I love it, I'm still a G-9 student but I'm planning to be a Doctor. Before I become one, nursing is my first step. 2 days ago, I keep searching for a good app , and now I found one!

I renew my subscription, but I am not able to have access to all the questions, this is the second time this is happening. There don't even have a phone number to contact technical support. I send email,but I can't understand their response.this is the 3 year of using this app,the first was perfect, the second, and this year is just horrible. I need to understand how to access all the questions for crying out loud.
