So far so good. No issues yet. I also have an iPhone but I can't open this app in my iPhone for some reason. I can only use it in my Samsung S10.

I just started this app so far so good!! Hopefully I'll do good on exam for the practical nursing program!!!
No rationales whatsoever, i get something incorrect and theres no explanation as to why it was incorrect and why the correct answer is actually correct... So its just blah!
Only used a few times so far but I like it. I will see if this helps throughout the semester.

Worst experience with this app Not suitable for Indian nursing officer aspirants. Indian students don't install this bogus app. better to go with NCLEX app.

Very friendly app.really good.comprensive langauge.I would like the rationale....
Some of the questions do not contain the information needed to answer them. Other questions ask you to put the steps of a procedure in order, but do not allow you to answer them in this way. There is reasoning given with the correct answers when reviewing incorrect questions.
This app is great for nursing students.
