Nursing Sim
A mobile game to help nursing students practice the multifactor decision-making process of nurse assignment, which includes accurately recognizing nurse competency, assessing patient acuity, and determining how to equitably assign which patients each nurse sees on a shift. While these skills have traditionally been difficult to learn without being on the job in a high-risk environment, this new practice tool allows students to fail safely, without affecting patient health.

Nursing student in london, you can tell the difference in the American and English nursing training but I still found this very useful!

interesting
Great for training new charge nurses. Requires consideration of nurse experience, patient instability and complexity, and unit type. The only thing that is unclear is the level of care for the unit setting of the game...is it med-surg, stepdown or critical care? It is also unclear how to assign patients to a charge nurse. Overall, well-designed, fun way to learn (maybe not so much for a non-healthcare gamer).
