Characteristics of a Nursing Care Plan
Its focus is holistic, and is based on the clinical judgment of the nurse, using assessment data collected from a nursing framework.
It is based upon identifiable nursing diagnoses (actual, risk or health promotion)
- clinical judgments about individual, family, or community experiences/responses to actual or potential health problems/life processes.
It focuses on client-specific nursing outcomes that are realistic for the care recipient
It includes nursing interventions which are focused on the etiologic or risk factors of the identified nursing diagnoses.
It is a product of a deliberate systematic process.
It relates to the future

This app looked very promising, but each time I click on "go to care plan" a full page game app ad opens up blocking entire page. Tried 5 different care plans and happened each time. Deleting it!!!
This app is good but need for add more nursing diagnosis at least 5 diagnosis must have. It change more useful for students.
Great app for helping you lay out a proper care plan, however, it is in need of a lot more medical conditions, such as dehydration. But was very helpful with first year nursing clinicals
The app closes whenever hemophilia is selected
