The app works just fine. To those who are saying that it doesn't find the device and that the screen is upside-down: read the instructions before you review the app. You need to purchase the camera separately (I found it on Amazon for 294$), then attach it to your phone's charging slot which is usually on the bottom of your phone. Once the camera is attached, you turn your phone upside down so that the camera is now on top and you view the app right-side up to check your skin. Great device.

Fraudulent Company per actions/behavior on indiegogo and kickstarter. USB-C device has a DOA battery (checked with multimeter). Device blinks both leds red upon initial plugin. Nonexistent support. Keep away.

Pointless app. You open the app and the screen is upside down for some strange reason. Asks me to connect my phone but comes up with no device being found.

What the hell is this? How to use this app. It says connect the device first but the app is on phone. What is this? How to use this app?

Can't see anti uv cream in the dark tone but see the light tone same as normal camera.

App works great (won't say "i love it"... it just does exactly what it should!) and should not be reviewed so poorly. I think some of the issues others have are due to: (1) the camera must be turned on from the app. the "on" icon in the lower corner turns the camera on. This is confusing because the icon is grey'd out and doesn't look like something you need to push. The button on the camera itself doesn't start the camera. Perhaps some better instructions??? (2) the low image quality and dark images are likely due to low UV conditions. This camera only senses UV light, so there must be some to produce an image. There is very little UV indoors, you will need bright artificial lights, a uv light, or full sun. Also, you can adjust image brightness which helps a bit. Good luck all and this worked on S7 just fine.

Not up to the hype. No owner's manual, illuminator doesn't seem to work. Images are nothing like the previews.

Image is way too dark, totally useless. Why does the hardware not emit any light to illuminate subject? Galaxy S8. Help!

Fix YOuR App Before YOu Even Try TO Advertise on Playstation. It's a waste and image is upside down
