Terrible experience! Try to book hotel from Nusatrip. After pay and get the voucher. We go direct to the hotel, and find out that the hotel already closed down (people around hotel area said, already closed before pandemic) And now they said, the money that I have paid with CC must wait until 14 day to process transfer back to my CC. I hope they will keep they promise!
I have booked and paid for the flight but when i want to log in my Nusatrip account again, crashed! It's said wrong email/password. I wasn't wrong for sure 100%. Now my question is, will this situation bother my booked flight???? If it will, I'll be very mad at you.
Service is awful (worst than the worst) The customer service does not even bother to check with the airline whether the ticket can be re-routed. I call the airline and they are able to help to change the route (without any fee) This NusaTrip just takes money without giving any good service
The price is totally different when you search at the first time, and when you enter the passenger details. This app totally scam!
Good price & good service. My flight got cancelled from the airline, the app gave me flight voucher for next order instead of refund. I was able to use the voucher for my next flight, the process is easy & the admin is helpful.
Used to be a very helpful application. Easy and cheaper. But since few weeks ago I can't search for the route, doesn't even load. Please fix it, you are wasting your customer's time
Hi it is funny everytime i will like to book and fill guest information section i cant click the the bar of 'choose guest' well the other is fine. So i never success to book via nusatrip. Goodluck
Not ready for Android 9 OS. It keeps crashing while trying to open the apps. Uninstall it right away

Honestly the best travel booking app I've ever used so far👍 It's often cheaper than official airline websites and other portals. Totally loved it!
Worst booking site. Don't even think of booking from this website. They are cheats. They can't even reply on time and cheat the customers for cancellation fees because of their miscommunication.
Have booked the ticket and the flight was cancelled due to covid19. Sent email, chat and not get any replied for the refund status. Very upset.
Don't buy anything from NUSATRIP. I bought a ticket and insurance but I can't claim my tickets. I lost more than USD 15,000 I contacted the office but no response at all. ONCE AGAIN DON'T USE THIS APP

Cannot run on android pie
I booked flights with nusatrip for $945 only to find that they had been cancelled when I went to check in. Still waiting for a refund (voucher) 3 months later. Customer service is dismissive and doesn't follow up. The information on their website that they will refund within 30 days in case of cancellation is incorrect and untrue. Avoid avoid avoid
