The update dated 11/29/18 had a note that stated "Fixed bugs" which translated into "stopped app from working so no one can log into their equipment from an Android phone". Since it is December 11, 2018 and they have not rolled back the app, or fixed it, even after several negative reviews means support is on their schedule not the customers. Unfortunate.
Terrible app. Clunky, slow, crashy. Glad that I'm switching my client to BI. This system never worked properly. The nvr itself is also pain in the neck, it is barely compatible with many IP cameras. I don't recommend this brand in general.
App used to be plain yet functional, lately it's gone through extended periods of not being able to open or connect and crashing immediately. I don't have much hope for it.
Nuuo developers pushed out an update that crashed the program. It will not open any more. They are so slow to fix the issue. Run away from nuuo. You would be better off with a cheap diy big box camera kit.
Decent, connects to nuuo system. That is my main complaint. Would like to be able to use camera's optical zoom functionality. Need full screen mode like the desktop and to overlay camera name/number on it's window for better use of screen space
Finally after months of disconnecting, this update works for our Titan 4040. It always connected to the demo site (assume running a different system) but not Titan. Thanks for fixing this in this update. Much appreciated.
Please roll back the last update, it's no good. Please make this a urgent request, there is a reason we have this app installed. We need it working ASAP! The App was excellent until this last update. Let's not update for the sake of updating, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Where can we get the previous version?
What happened? Since last update cannot even start the app. Please correct this asap! Or at the very least let us download and install an older working apk from your website! Update: this version 4.8.11 is also BROKEN. last working versions were 4.8.7 and your provided beta: 4.8.9 from your website. How did you go from a working beta to this I have no clue?!
Worked fine until yesterday's update.. now it crashes when I try to open it. I even tried to reinstall it 3 times.. Samsung Galaxy S5.
No back up service, have emailed several times crashed after that update still not working ,you can now open app but crashes as soon as you attempt to log on .....come on please fix asap...new update all working great thanks 18,1,19

Nuuo - come on get this app fixed, after installing your expensive security equipment we can't view our property on phones. What are you doing about it?? This is very bad PR.
Latest update crashes immediately on both Android devices (6.0.1 and 6.0) on which it's installed.

i have not been able to open this app for the past few months....what is the problem ? it is for my business and so mad:(
4k in equipment and no way to use it. The server in the office works and records but you cant view it on app. just crashes. the last two months my boss said his apple was crashing. now since the update my driod doesnt work and his does. its always been hit and miss even with the hardwear. troubleshooting was a nightmare for set up. software in the office viewed by computer is good and user friendly and pretty fast.
