I don't normally leave reviews, but this new app is overly obnoxious. Not once have I been able to log in on the 1st try and/or I get loading.....loading...until I have to clear it all out and begin again, only app that does this to me. You would think a bank app would work exceptionally well in order to make people feel secure. Also can't easily link to other banks like pre merger which puts limits on this acct. Maybe new savings strategy- if you can't get to your money you can't spend it.

This app is ridiculous. It is trying to do too much for mobile banking, and needs multiple prompts and or restarts. I'm reinstalling to see if it helps reset the app. I've found if I just go to their website, I can find what I need immediately. I'd suggest someone look and see what the customers use the most, then ask the customers what options they want to use on a mobile.

So I was sent an email saying I'm going to have to change over because my old app is being discontinued. So of course the new app doesn't recognize any of my information and it's saying it's wrong. But I log in on the old app using the same things I'm typing in and it works just fine.

This app is terrible Every month it does not show what your payment amount due is on nuvision credit card. Shows $0 due. How are customers suppose to know what their min payment due is if it shows no amount due? This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed ASAP!!!! And please dont tell me that I need to make sure to have the latest update because I have the newest version 5.7.15

Terrible, never had an issue before!!!! Since the switch total inconvenience.... on the phone for two days concerning this issue, doesn't recognize and of my info!!!!! Wish me luck back to the bank for second separate time. Why the switch in the first place? And a California bank at that.....

Love Nuvision but this app really doesn't work well. You have to try to log in at least twice to access the app. It's slow and when you access a program like bill pay or transfers it's really slow. You can't go back cause when you do it logs you out and you have to log in all over again...just frustrating. Older app was much better.

the app does not show on my apps screen after downloading. I keep hav ing to go to the play store to open it each time. While in the playstore the app says its installed already.

Crashers.... Now... It CONSTANTLY redirects the user to the playstore... Because it needs ANOTHER update.... BUT... according to the playstore... It doesn't need one.... ONLY then.. can you use it to access your account... 😑😑

I've been banking with denali for Years. Nuvision buys it. I have to get there app. It won't auto load my password. And day 2 is crashing saying I need a update. But their is no update.

Won't let you login. No customer service to answer your calls after being locked out. Tried 1 time and got locked out of my account after being forced to upgrade. Would no recommend this app

Worst interface I've seen on a replacement app. Can no longer connect accounts to other management apps like mint and personal capital. Connections are always broken. The overall ease and compatibility before the bank merger have all gone away. Hopefully they do something so we can view accounts on other money management apps. Until then don't waste your time.

Not pleased. The old app worked fine for me and then all the sudden they disabled it and they didn't have a new app either for Android like an entire week which was very bad timing for me as I was on the out of town and needed to deposit a check remotely. Finally they released the new app and when I go to deposit my check it gives me an error saying I am not enrolled in mRDC but it does not tell me how I can accomplish it. Really frustrated again.

12/16/21 Once again nuvision has used a 3rd party site for something that can be done in the app without advising customers. Seriously what is wrong with this bank. I can't pay my credit card now. I have to wait 5 days to review my bank information. Just horrible. Who made this App? Did you guys just reroute the web interface into an "app". An app is supposed to either provide information not available on the website or help you do task the website can't do. What a waste of memory on my phone.

I'm giving this app one star because it works, but the functionality of it is just awful. This app is poorly designed and hard to use. It looks like they took the redesigned webpage and made it into an android app. This app is not cohesive to the touch screen platforms it is being used on. The last version was perfectly fine, this version is completely revamped and totally terrible. With the company's headquarters being located in a tech mecca, this app is a total embarassment. Please fix it.

First, nuvision did a terrible job with the roll out of this app, in particular for Android users. That's fine, I can forgive that if the app works well, but it does not. It is slow. It is clunky. It is a web experience forced into a mobile app. Basic functionality, like mobile deposits, is horrendously broken. I don't recommend this app to anyone.

This app really is horrible. Having trouble with it downloading. Really hate it. Nuvision use to be a good credit union to bank with. But has let me down and disapointed me when I needed help. I been a loyal customer for over 8 Years or more. When they changed and let go of some of the best staff, things started happening with accounts. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY and they would even help. Basically got my money stollen and they didn't care. Nuvision taking my money for hidden charges... unexplainable.

Literally the worst banking app I have ever used. It is as if it was not intended for a mobile phone. I have never been so annoyed by an app. The old one was perfectly fine. This one makes me dread doing simple things like paying a bill. Really, the level of crappy is surreal. No joke.

Feeling frustrated with this app and changes that are making banking very unreliable and frustrating. Lots of bugs like making changes to contact information and unfamiliar number that I'm not able to remove. Very concerning. App and website not very well tested.

Update 3/21. Gave two more stars as it has improved. Still not that great. Has been buggy and glitchy since they launched it. Logins either take forever or fail. This is starting to affect my ability to manage my finances efficiently. Please fix or I'll make another financial institution my primary.

Completely useless takes a long time to log in when it even works. I ended up having to just go to the mobile site. For an app that is exactly identical to the mobile site the app sucks. The old version had so many less issues and more features. Hire a new app developer!

The latest update broke logging in. It would always take two tries before it would coonect. To try to fix it, I reinstalled the app and now it will never connect. So do not clear your cache or data or reinstall if it even marginally works for you.

Frustrating!!! It doesn't view good on my Note 9. My transactions are not shown as quickly as in the old app. Functionality is just not good. And text banking isn't working!!!! Text banking worked finally but has the same # as a bank in Texas that I use!!!
