Desperately need to work out the bugs; this app doesn't work yet. Won't even let me sign in. There was nothing wrong with the old one, no idea why they'd suddenly make us switch to an app that's not even fully developed. Have to check online or at atm, extremely inconvenient
I was unable to understand the interface of this app. It was my belief that this app would be a replacement/improvement for an earlier developed banking app. Sadly i believe now that that is not the case whoever thought that this app was a good idea didnt finish thinking about the overall ease of use for this app. Please fix i need everything lined up together balance, transaction history, etc.
I love this credit union. I've been with them 30 plus years. Now that I'm retired I don't need anymore loans but still have their credit card. Mine has an unbelievable 8% interest rate! They only require you to keep a savings account open with them.
The app keeps track of my transactions but I don't know how much money I have because, for whatever reason, that isn't something this app feels I should know. I miss the old app because it actually told me the one thing that was most important; how much money I had. I don't see a point in online banking if one does not know how much money they have in their bank account at any given time.
This is not a good app no banking function like transfer or just to see if payments have come in to checking. It is good at tracking spending from card but thats it
This is not a banking app. This app gives minor details and control of credit and debit cards.
Where is our "upgraded" banking system??? This isnt it! Why didnt you leave the old one up til it was PROPERLY time to switch? :c
This app is constantly shutting down and will not allow me access to my account information.
What happened to the old app? That one worked. This one does not.
Miserable, where r all of our accounts. Card locked, what is that all about. Why didn't u leave well enough alone.

First off, this is NOT the new banking app. The sole purpose of this app is to control when, where, and location of allowed transactions on your cards debit and credit cards. It does that quite well. (It also requires a different log in from your main account.) My biggest gripe with this app is that it doesn't work with password filler apps. Once set up it does work with a biometric authentication so I will only take off one star for now. Please fix app to work with password filler/vault apps.
