Why make an app that makes it practically impossible to login to your account?! I've used the old app no problem, this one looks a little more visual, however extremely impractical... I get frustrated and irritated every time I go on it and remember that I still can't find the login option... I'ma stop ranting because I'm getting annoyed again. I must note that they do have valuable information on the app, my frustration is with the inability to login easily

Can't even get into the app. Poor design. I installed the app. When I went to login, it asks for name, account number, and location. When I go to type in my location, I think there is a drop down box, but there aren't any options and I get a message that says "Choose Blood Group". What in the world?? I immediately uninstalled it.
