It's ok if all you want to do is check your balances, check transfers and deposits, and print your bank statements. I wanted to pay my utility bills and such, but this app doesn't do that. The only transfer you can make is between the accounts you have at their bank. If I have to sign in online to pay my bills, then it isn't saving me any time because I can just print my statements, etc while I'm signed in.

Developers updated the app to work with newer phones. It is now working for Galaxy S22 users. Last update was several months ago. Important apps like banking need to be kept updated and working. I appreciate them updating the app but never received a response to my email or previous poor rating due to the app not working and lack of developer response.

Its Easy to use.... got a new phone *Samsung 22 Ultra* and the app didn't work at all. Tried un-installing and reinstalling. Nothing... they said they were fixing it, and they did! Good job NVB! Thank you!

The app is poorly optimized for Android, had to use an entirely different device in order deposit a check. Periodically can't sign in, has trouble loading account activity. It works, it gets the job done, but it clear NVB doesn't value their app.

Doesn't work on S22 Ultra. This app has a long history of not working at all on certain phones or having serious problems.

New Phone, New Issue. I loved the app on my old Galaxy phone but now that I have a S22+ all I do is get to state at a blank screen. Hoping you guys get an update for this issue.

New Samsung Galaxy S22+ will not even open app. Also having issues going through Chrome to access account. I wish they could figure it out.

Very handy and always accurate. I love being able to transfer funds on my phone and check balances and deposits anytime.

It takes a bit for Amazon orders to go through and it can become a bit confusing at time but overall its okay

I can't get it to work at all on my new phone which is a Samsung S22 Ultra. The app won't open. I've tried everything I can think of for days now.

The App often glitches even after purchasing a new phone, as well as unistalling and reinstalling the App. I've had the app for several years with no improvement so I rarely use it and doubt it'll be fixed. It often says call a number because of an "unknown error". It's easier to just go online to the website and put in the multiple passwords than using this App which is agrivating. Please fix this issue and Ill be happy to change my rating. (I really do like the bank though).

Simple app, can't do much but you can deposit a check, check balances and transfer to another nvb account. Someone decided to up the security policy and it won't let you take screenshots of your own account, which is really annoying.

I like having instant access to my balance but when I want to look at the transactions a majority of the time it doesn't work or I can't see anything past the home screen. Also I've seen several times that it just won't work at all.

App locks you out of your account slot, seems you need to call the bank every other week to reset password / restore access to account via app

After recent update I cannot open the app. It says I need to turn off " USB debugging" in settings which I did and it still doesn't work. Always having problems with this app

Worked like a charm until recently, it says a newer version is available, but I cannot find it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled four times with no change so I just deleted the app.

I just sent an email about the annoying update version. It just keeps going to play store with no update version. I hope it can be fixed soon.

How many people have to report that the app is broken since last update before it gets addressed. Like others I cannot get past the initializing screen. I have removed and reinstalled the app several times.

Security, ease of use. Still awesome.

Upgrade to new version gets stuck in an annoying endless loop that results in not being able to update. Also, no bill pay option.

It's easy and I love it.

All the functions are there. The UI can be a tad clunky sometimes, but nothing that's ever gotten in the way of me using the app.

This thing works amazing. I do a lot of work in Idaho, which means I do a lot of mobile deposits back to Missouri. Works every time. Incredible customer service helps too!

very good and convenient there's a few bucks here and there but overall very good definitely would recommend anybody with this kind of bank account.

App is not working anymore. Said there was an update so I tried to update it and it wont let me. So I uninstalled it and now it wont even let me reinstall it. App use to be great but now it's not working anymore.
