Purchased to diagnose a Volt, impossible. Likewise, a Chevy Bolt. How these are not listed vehicles I don't know, but it is impossible to enter them, because they don't have a transmission or CVT, Which the app requires to build a custom vehicle. I returned the app, useless for my EV's. EDIT: Changed to 5 stars for quick response! I will follow developer's comment and contact them for Volt setup! No one responds this fast, I am seriously impressed.
This App has been out for years now and there are *no* listings for some *major* *international* manufacturers.. most surprisingly, *zero* pre-1989 Toyota listings. Further, the database is USDM-centric too. Thier big 2022 database update included, guess what, 2021-22 models... Which makes it pointless time/cost-wise to determine/input the required info (ie gear ratios).. Other NVH-tools for diagnosis (or just literally inspecting the car) are quicker/better/cheaper. Major updates needed. . . .
This app is great! In addition to the function of the app, it contains a WEALTH of information on NVH. The first few times I used it, I didn't really need NVH to diagnose the problem, but the app was spot-on with my conclusions. Faith in the app had been initiated. Today, I replaced the center support bearing on a two-piece drive shaft. I determined the customers complaint to be the bearing and the app agreed with my diagnosis...a 1st Order Driveshaft vibration. I had my mechanic replace the bearing and the U-joints. After the replacements, I went for a test drive and, indeed, the bearing "growl" was gone. But, now, I noticed what I thought was tire/road noise/vibration. The NVH App disagreed with me. The app diagnosis was a 2nd Order Driveshaft vibration. I went back to the shop and asked my mechanic if he marked the driveshaft pieces for re-assembly. He said that he did, but admitted that in his haste, it was not re-assemble with the marks matching. He corrected the alignment of the two-piece shaft and the 2nd Order Driveshaft vibration went away! This app has proven itself, to me! If you are considering an NVH solution, this app is the REAL DEAL!

Best money I've spent in a very long time. The diagnostic info and procedures are alone worth the money. Very impressed with the app.
Not very helpful at diagnosis. The Chassis Ear is about half the price and much better for locating a noise or vibration.
Cool app. Needs electric vehicles profile option for cv axles at tires. But have used it successfully to diagnose a bad balance in a driveshat on my Chevy colorado
App works great for me, just had issue after getting new phone, developer responded quickly, kept me updated while fixing app.
App saved my sanity...working on an older high mileage vehicle with more than a few rattles/gremlins...diagnosed the problem quickly...saved time and money

Huge waste of money.
Cannot seem to find my axle ratio . Not listed and I cannot request it to be listed as the link on the app.just sends me to a blank web page. Any help would be appreciated ty
Works great so far! I just had a truck come in with multiple vibrations so this vehicle should be a good test of the app.

I have the Picoscope NVH kit. I also have the Apple version of this app. This app is extremely better than the Pico version. The Pico requires a laptop, scope, NVH kit and a long setup process. The Pico had a limited record time, where the App is unlimited. This App does all this within your phone you carry around. Excellent support from John Kelly is the most important feature, he responds extremely fast. Pico is an email and hopefully you will get an answer within 1 to 2 days. Get this App, it will be the best purchase you ever made.

Thank you so much to Mr. Kelly for getting this out on Android. I had been waiting for a while for this one to come out for forever. NVH diagnosis can be the bane of a lot of technicians existance. With this app you can quickly gain direction and narrow down the possibilities.The app also gives you detailed instructions on how and what to test based on the findings. It's simply a brilliant app that needs to be in every technicians toolbox (or phone)
Really need a trial version. Waste of money for me. Was very vague with its diagnosis and gave a long list of things to try. Was better off Googling the issue based on my own observations. Definitely not worth it for personal use, better off applying that money to the actual repair. Doesn't look like you can get a refund even if you use it once and uninstall it. Buyer Beware
