Crashes on OnePlus 7 pro on Android 10

Keeps crashing on Android 10 Redmi k20pro
This app is pretty awful. To open images, it tells you to put them in a specific folder on your device. It supposedly supports Google Photos, but that didn't work at all. (Also, you can do better than displaying static images with the instructions listed on them.) When I finally managed to get my images to load, only 4K images would load, because apparently the 8k ones aren't supported. Couldn't you just auto-convert? This is basic stuff. Once I finally got an image to load, I put my phone in my Daydream headset, and...the Daydream interface loaded instead. I couldn't get it to stay on the NVIDIA VR Viewer app at all. And since the app doesn't show up in the Daydream interface, there's basically no way to use it to actually view VR images. I know it's a beta, but you'd think it would work a LITTLE bit. UPDATE: Oh, this hasn't been updated since July 2016. So it's abandonware. Don't bother, people.
The Ansel samples are without doubt the best 3D effect of VR in the whole mobile VR experience. If only it could also be applied to other VR apps, through an open API perhaps. The IRAY samples make a lot of headache, it's just not viewable.
I was solely interested in trying the samples as I have no suitable PC. It's really high quality and very little lag or image jank when moving. The only two minor points are: it's constantly pestering for access to things like Contacts (bad dev!) and one of the samples has some strange excess texture if you turn off the low pass filter but that's probably the content at fault rather than the app. You can ignore the access requests and stop it asking continually by ticking the option on the dialogs.
I've made a 360 degrees photo in Watch Dogs 2 it came out as a exr file and I can not seen to get it to work
Keeps crashing on Samsung S8 while using Google cardboard. Regular crashing when trying to load the included Ansel pictures. Each time I load the program it will begin to load pictures before crashing. Certainly not the quality I would expect from Nvidia. I haven't even been able to even attempt using my Ansel captures.
Just enough time to set it up... But not enough to actual play something and see if it is actually suitable? Well I won't be spending 15 euros on something that might make me queasy.. in fairness setup was simple and the vr tutorial from steam worked fine but without having a chance to test it in anger for at least an hour, I'm out
Ansel samples are great but Iray samples are out of sync the the two split screen. Great app otherwise
Great for viewing VR images. Wish there is support for displaying 6k and 8k images as current image size is limited to 4096x4096. Also, the distortion at the poles is very visible. Hope that's something they can fix.
The 360 degree pictures look great but it would be even sweeter if there where animations. Something like 20-30 seconds of seeing the world in action, (i.e., flags, water, foliage etc..) moving instead of frozen in time.
Just a 3D picture viewer. Nothing exciting like actually using my $400 Nvidia Card that was built for 3D gaming!
Please give more space for user to load more than 2 local images. Thanks.
little shake of the phone will make the vr picture viewing mode flash back to the top page...
would be cool to have this app in the oculus store or gear vr store for better viewing experience.
is there any zoom in and zoom out option? please add this in the next update othewise awesome application and you guys rocks..
Constantly switching to random pictures without my input
"height and width must be the same" but it is the same
I'm hoping they combine this with NVidia Now and give us Skyrim VR...
Spectacular screenshots from Mirror's Edge: Catalyst. Love it.
Only 3 good screen shots
It's like being in a fantasy world........literally!!!!
I have been using this exclusively to show off stereo 360 images I capture in UE4.13 and now adding Google Photos makes it even better. Suggestions: A repository of "fan favorites" and an option to turn off screen overlays for the calibration line and configuration gear, only to be present when the back arrow is pressed. My NEODiVR uPLAy is so immersive these overlays detract from the experience.
This app isnt even compatible with the Ansel's stereo 360 screenies I took in the witcher 3. res 8192*8192, I'm using some other viewer to see it and it functions much better than this joke of an app. Also, the other apps don't need to go online every minute.
