Only works when it wants but that's usually when you don't need it most. Playback option should be deleted as it has never worked.

Using on an iPad mini & there is no way to edit camera information or delete an old camera. I cant even use the app because I can't change the password. Never had any problems on my Samsung Galaxy.
No longer works following update. App is now useless.
Will not connect anymore. Used to work just fine. I don't know what you did but you need to fix it.

Used to work but now crashes right away. Deleted then reinstalled but same problem. Any ideas?
Can only view when at home and via wifi rendering it pretty useless. I thought the idea was to keep an eye on what was going on at home while I was away from home.
Works very well on Wi-Fi and LTE. Whoever is having issues accessing their cams over mobile data clearly needs a dynamic DNS. They're probably trying to hit the local IP while away.
don't know wath to fillout at dvr/nvr Id and dvr/nvr password. I'm stuck. can someone help me out?
Won't open footage to view. Can see one live camera in the small sign in box but when I touch ot to open all in the larger screen it doesn't work. Reinstalled several times and same issue! Very upsetting and frustrating.
After about a month of having this app, it stopped working. It's loads and then stays can't open. Keep trying, but same outcome. Everyone I know that uses it has the same problem. Are they fixing or looking into this problem?I will have to uninstall I guess
Hi I have a 8 channel hub and it's connected to nviewer on my phone at work.. when I'm at home it can't be connect... please assist

These new updates are getting worse. Last update you lost the option when you had multiple cameras on screen, you could tap on the screen and go direct to camera you wanted to view. Still don't have that option on this new update. Now swipping from one camera to another lags.
Was great before. Only thing I like diff now is the new design.. But extremely slow to load cams much faster before.
I dont know did they check this new update. It is sooooo slow.
Use this for connecting to multiple sites and units, it's got lots of features apps I've used in the past haven't such as playback and setting changes.
On my Samsung tablet, I am getting flashing colors when I view through the cameras! I is impossible to watch! Please fix ASAP!
Playback feature is great and allows me to connect to multiple sites and units. Very good and it's free!
Slower and periodic crashes. Very disappointing with these updates.
It was working fine and now I can connect to the camera but there is only a black screen in place of what the cameras are taking. Very very unhappy with this app and no contact from the developers.
