Great App, when it works. I can never connect to the cameras. I always have to try and reconnect. Sometimes it connects, but most of the time it doesn't. I spend 10 mins trying to reconnect. I will eventually give up. The 20 dollar camera I bought works with no problems compare to this!

If I can, I'd rate this service a triple 0. Tried to call them multiple times, left multiple messages, I never received a return phone call from either customer service or Tech support. Of course, no one ever picks up the phone. The only option is to leave a message. Good luck. Pay for the system and you're on your own.

Was trying to figure my new LTS/NVR system out until app issues yesteday. Wouldnt open the a update showed in Google Play. So did upgrade now I get no alerts and none of my Event Management setting dont work now? Not a new happy customer.. Not to mention my brand new NVR box HDMI port doesnt work correctly. Appears port is bad. Yes I tried more the one HDMI cord. 2.9 sounds to high for what I can see.

Installed just less than a month and very very pleased. Able to view single shots and group shots all the time...anytime. Our setup alsp allows us to view away from with again just a click. I'm not tech savvy so we attribute the sucess to our installer, Priority One. Meg7

Update: Your latest fix corrected the problem. Thank you. This app has suddenly stopped working. It will not open and I continue to get an error message saying the app has stopped working. This started right after an update to the app was done.

Excellent app. I dont know what others are complaining about. Sounds like user error. I have used this app for several years now and every time i get a new phone i just transfer the info to the new phone. Using it on a Note 8 & a Note 9 with no problems. If you are experiencing lag.. Its your wifi not the app.

Since the latest update, the app doesnt even load. Also, it doesnt work when im at work, that is to say, the images dont load. I tried turning off the wifi, and use my cell network, but it still wont load images.

Configured to the letter of their KB articles. On both iOS and Android, live view only works on the same WiFi as the security system. This sort of defeats the entire purpose of having the app. Appears this issue is pretty common reading forum posts regarding this device. Yet to find a resolution. Would be nice if the Devs chimed in.

This is a great app! I'm impressed. Contains many useful features, and it always works whether I'm home or away. I've used it for years, most recently on my Pixel 2XL with zero issues. Keep up the good work.

Great app! Most reviews I read are mostly because there system hardware itself is not configured correctly. This app only works if the NVR/DVR is properly setup and firmware is upto date. Also what ever internet source you are using if its wifi or a internet service provider you need to be using a good and fast connection to have live streaming cameras or pull remote video clips. There are many people and companies not properly installing professional security cameras. Do your homework!!

Latest update ask me to loggin to another party with my contact info n password. It wont connect at all. I am going to drop them totally. Its scary to my sense of security. Nope. Dont want it anymore.

evidently the new version introduced new bugs. im running android 9 and can no longer access my dvr feed via pt cloud. i can log in, but no device is found for me to select to get the camera feeds. please fix quickly.

Works great on my TV, Samsung 8+, laptop, and desktop PCs. Had to set up a special cloud account to get it to work thru the AT&T Router/Modem. Once that ws done I have been able to check it no matter were I am: in the house or 100 miles away

It's okay. I'd like to see you add an area grid search like on some of the dvrs. Would also like to be able to select multiple cameras at once when using view playback.

When it works its works, however since the update whenever my Asus router reboots the cameras are not connected on this app. Then I have to contact the local Security company to get it operational again. Frustrating to say the least. (I use the Android Note 5+)

can't access cameras from my cell! I paid almost $10k for a security system I can't access on my cell. This app and the system are GARBAGE! I would have saved money and been better off buying something from Amazon!

It don't work good on android phone. I have type the code everytime i need to access my system. And sometime it works but most of thime is not work at all. I have to delete the app and reinstall again. But only use one and happens again.😔

This app is garbage. It use to work until about a month and a half ago and now I'm lucky if I see anything on it at all!!!! You would think with the prices some of us paid we would get way better service. Time to start looking for a BETTER service!

I have been using this app for at least 6 years and it works all the time. I'm a professional camera technician so I use this app everyday and set up all my customers with it and I have had no issues. I give it give stars.

Update: New issue after you fixed the crashing issue. Now the Alarm Feature is no longer working like before After October update, app will not open. Before this, everything was good. on Android 9.0

Head of IT with JNE security systems. pros: versatile system for upwords of 30 cams . works well with ddns. and more. i have used the software across many systems im very happy with this . Cons after 30 cams the system gets a bit hanky. and two see more then 30 you got two do some tricks .but i have gotten upwards of 59 cams but never all at once

The app was working fine until the update on 10-20-2019. Now I can't open the app. I did a fresh install and rebooted the phone. Android version 9 on a Note 9. Looks like an update was pushed on 10-22-2019 that fixed my issue.
