Good coverage of live motion road cameras. Works better than California's highway cameras app which just shows still images.
Was excellent until plug pulled! Approximately 16 days ago the Nevada Department of Transportation mobile device applications completely failed without warning. Motorist across Nevada are completely blinded with a digital white screen blizzard just ahead of the first series of Winter storms. Brilliant timing!! Cntrl-alt Delete...
Not sure why NDOT has cameras up that never work. I travel 395 in the North Valley's area frequently and they always say not streaming. Real inconvenience when you try to plan ahead. They don't work on the website as well. Come on NDOT lets get things up and running
recently updated my phone. Now the application is out-of-date. The phone says this application was built for an older version of Android phones. please update your app.
Great for Lake Tahoe Basin because it shows conditions on CA roads, too. I can see which Tahoe region roads are open and what chain controls are on each one with a glance.
Updated review. No service now on Galaxy Note 10. Was working two weeks ago. Now just a white screen. Useless. Guess NDOT isn't maintaining the app.
i like being able to see what traffic is like. can give family and friends a heads up on traffic. But now it doesn't work. So sad, it was great when it worked.
love the app until my android phone did a system update. now the cameras only have still shots instead of video. please update your app. thanks
Nothing but a white screen on my Samsung S9. It worked when I downloaded it before.

I use the Caltrans app quite a bit, and they seem to be expanding their camera network, that's good for me. This app has a major plus, real nice cameras, but lot of them aren't working. I understand that a camera in one area is sometimes out, but when all of them in one area are out, like Incline Village, that's not useful. Fix your cameras, expand your network, and I will rate this higher.
No road conditions or highway numbers. We need to see whether there is ice or snow on the road, if the road is closed due to weather, and if chain up is in effect for trucks, particularly the segment between Reno and the state line.. There is no point of reference without highway numbers. The lines are very light so you can't see highway numbers or road conditions in segments. It is exactly like the website, which is useless.
