Used to work great till the last update. It always keeps running in the background result, in draining the battery and a annoying banner on notification bar. The only way to stop it is to "Force Stop" the app. Please solve the issue otherwise it's superb and works perfectly.
After the last update this program is draining the battery without using app. This is happening on three different devices. Phone standby time reduced by more half. Problem goes away once app is uninstalled.
I can't manually input my camera ip anymore. It's all automated and doesn't work. I found an older version online if you search for this app and that works for manually inputting ip.
Rubbish version release. When using phone data it shows timeout message. Cannot get it to work. Had to down grade to previous old version.
It worked fine until Ventech live chat had me reset my dvr and reconfigure. Everything works fine within my own WiFi range but will not logon to internet when away. Amazon please fix this problem.
Used to be a good app, after last update it is draining my battery by 150%. also causing overheating which is dangerous and damaging my device. please fix asap. s8+ battery is being fully drained in 3 hours
the last update apps draining BATTERY and DATA very fast from my phone (lenovo & Samsung) in condition without using this application. Make phone to overheat.
Just says unlogin. Rubbish. Never works! still doesn't connect and no update to fix it. they obviously read these reviews and just don't care.
latest update was very bad,no playback perfectly when we press playback button it showing end mark..plz fix this and give fresh update.
Not streaming, Previous app Cloud AP far better and good. This NVSIP working. I checked all connections of NVR ,
Downloaded it to view my security cameras but it wony even let me register to do that... it qont send my "verification code".. keeps saying it did... but it didnt.. tried both email and phone.
I re-installed the app and chose "ignore update" it is now working again, it also didnt work after the update, 2 stars because developer ignores complaints
It work for a while, then suddenly it said username doesn't exist. And the response time of the app is kinda slow
This app freezes half of the time. It logs me out most of the time. It is absolute rubbish
now only shows 4 channels at a time. can not rotate sideways to show all 16 terrible update. now it's useless for me
uses too much phone battery..video not working..its says to check the documents..bla bla bla..old version is the best..
Not working at all. Please can the developer do something quick to sort this out.
This app is draining my battery!! I had a weird experience with this app, at 2 in the morning, i was awaken by loud music and some people talking in foreign language, i dunno know if it's Japanese or Chinese. 😱😡, got so scared!! No apps were on at the time it happened, so re started my, phone and the talking and music stopped. it happened not 2x but 3x already!!! This is a WEIRD AND SCARY APP!!! They should fix this whoever did this app!!!!
