Very useless and frustrating app to use. Works one week then stops for months. have not been able to connect to any of my 8 cameras for the last 2 months. Iam throwing the whole system away and buying a new system which should have nothing to do with this app.
Very bad and slow Never can connect to all cameras. From 30 times trying to connect 1time connect with only 1 camera of NVR. Very nervous to use it. You think you can, but you can't...be sure
Terrific, just a little request, if it can be possible to login two phones simultaneously. It's annoying to have to log in a second phone every time. Would appreciate that a lot.
It is not working, not opening, not connecting the cameras, marking error, it was better the previous app was functional, this failure in connections I hope to repair it soon, tell me if there is another app to be able to use my cameras with connection to the cell phone
The app performance has gotten worse. Keeps crashing. Please fix your mess. Really disappointing when you don't keep your product up to date and spec
App worked perfectly on my Samsung s8, keeps crashing on my note 10 for some reason, although it's still working, the error keeps popping up every now and then.
It is so irritating to use this apps.Time and again it stops in my Samsung Note 9. Whenever I open this apps it shows"NVSIP keeps stopping" this message. I uninstalled and again installed but problem remained. Plz fix the issue. Regards
App comes up with (app keeps stopping) even when you open unrelated apps. Never been very stable, have used for 3 years plus. On all our android devices.
no way to manage access or change passwords. setting up an account is easy enough but changing passwords is impossible as no browsers are supported past the log in page... utter garbage that allows open access to your camaera's.
Works when it wants, can be good for awhile, then it won't... won't load my camera views at all! Constantly tells me the app "is stopping", so over this app, can anyone tell me the next best one to use please?? So over it!
My system on the app shows it's Online but trying to connect it comes with "Connection failed". There's internet connection. So what could be the problem? It has worked perfectly in the past. Please kindly advise.
Works but keeps crashing. Not responding pops up even if the app is not running. Also, very inconsistent.
No longer works. Was working great for viewing our CCTV security cameras in the office. Now when I open it, our cameras are no longer listed and I can't add them back.

I had this app for about 4 yrs but then this year it ask for an upgrade and its a waste if time. It keep going back to home screen. Please fix or give us an alternative app.
Keeps crashing needs to get sorted out was good poss the best but since last year keeps crashing and not opening tired uninstalling and re-installing but no joy
for some reason it won't let me view from a device thats connected to the network that the box is connected to away from home when it use to let me the last time i used this future which was like the end of 2016 or beginning of 2017 please fix asap
After update Can not view my cctv with this app. app not working online & on mobile data mode. its working only on WLAN in same network which DVR in.

I just downloaded the app it seem to work ok just one thing when I try to use the audio it go's back to the main menu is there something I done wrong part from that it working ok I think
Upgrade to v6 is a total disaster. Does not work anymore for viewing my cameras. Managed to find older version 5.2.5 problem is when updating I need to uninstall en reinstall old version
Can't run this app in my phone even i reinstalled. While Viewing the screen it is automatically restarting from the beginning interface
Disappointed. It was extremely hard to get my nvr to work with it. It crashes constantly. It would continue to work even after it reported that it crashed, but it was still annoying. Today it decided to forget my device existed and I have spent hours trying to make it work again . I am going to try to find something else that will work with my nvr.
