Not very reliable.It is sometimes not clear for me that why is the suggested routs so confusing while there are obviously other simple routs.Some routs are not even suggested.The "change" is not a good orientation when you need to get out of the transport,walk for 3 minutes and find another station (very often without the platform number).There is not enough information about regions and it is not clear with which transports you could travel to which cities or regions.
Since my last update, the app keeps crashing. This is very unfortunate since I need to use it daily and now I have to go the web page which is not that great for mobile use.
Worst app by the worst company.
Have been using the app for over a year. Normally works well and ability to buy tickets is useful.

Easy to use but some features are not good enough. Many things also missing
Really good for commuting around in Kassel. The only things I don't like about the app is that the warnings about train/bus being late or non operational is in German by default and you can not copy it by selecting the text so you can not translate using Google translate. Secondly, although you can see the trams network in the app, but the information is sometimes not as accurate when compared to DB navigator.
